Exceptional service end to end. Very quick response and issue was quickly diagnosed as a shift actuator in the washing machine. Repair was completed quickly. Personally price was great. Would definitely recommend West End and will use them again in the future if needed.

I have a Maytag gas stove/oven. The stovetop burners were working, but the oven would not heat up. My family uses our oven almost everyday, so to be without one is a hardship. I stopped into WestEnd Appliance on a Saturday afternoon around 11:15a.m. They had the replacement part in stock and offered to come over that afternoon. Matt and his co-worker arrived right on time and were finished within a half hour. They were both very polite and the prices was less than I was expecting. I would definitely use them again.
