TREE EXPERTS TREE SERVICE

He agreed to cut down a tree from behind my garage and remove it for $400. I was out of town when he did the work. The morning I returned Mike was at my front door asking for payment. I looked out from my kitchen window, saw the tree was gone and paid him. Several days later I walked around my garage to find he had cut not cut the entire tree down. About six feet remains standing in the ground. I have called him several times, and he has promised on different occasions to come back and complete the job. Several conversations, promises and four months later he has not yet returned. The tree that was supposed to be cut down is sprouting new growth.

Phone call was immediately answered, quickly scheduled an estimate appointment. Person arrived on time to review work and provided an on-site quote. We scheduled time, 3 weeks out, on my preferred date. Day of work they arrived promptly on time. The two workers were very professional and courteous. The trees were removed within 90 minutes. They left for some time and returned with the stump remover. The mess resulting from cutting down the trees was removed, but the stump grindings were left on site.

THE DAY AFTER I CALLED, THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE PRICE WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ESTIMATE. MY YARD NOW LOOKS A WHOLE LOT BETTER SINCE THOSE TREES AND STUMPS WERE REMOVED.

THEY COME OUT ONCE EVERY THREE MONTHS TO MAKE SURE THINGS STILL LOOK ALL RIGHT. THEY ALSO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE TREE BRANCHES OUT OF THE YARD WHEN THEY ARE DONE.
