I've been satisfied with Sears. I used them about a month ago. One of the sales people had very poor knowledge of using there electronic system for executing the order. I would tell a friend to go ahead and use them.

This visit was flawless, but in the past had a problem with a damaged tire they had put on. They went out of their way to get us home that day, but we had to wait a long time for the proper tire to come into the store to do the final repair. Good shop, not the most organized place, but they did good work.
