Reviva Upholstery were easy and flexible to work with during the entire process. They went out of their way to make sure that I could pick up the chair when it was most convenient for me. They did solid, reliable work on my mid-century rocking chair. The cost was fair and reasonable! I will contact them again!

After learning I would not be able to replace my favorite chair, I sourced out to find someone who could help me fix it. Angi put me in contact with Reviva Upholstery. Everything was super easy, simple message, sent photo with a small explanation of what I think is wrong. He gave me a quote I agreed and he sent the address. SUPER EASY. Upon arrival, it can feel a little intimidating or sketchy but Raul was quick and kind. Got my chair back the next day. My chair looks brand new! I purchased from Facebook marketplace not even realizing it was already broken. Only to accidentally break it even more. I was going to toss it and replace it with something different but i couldn’t find a chair I thought looked better than this one for the space. Thank you thank you for saving my chair.

Very honest and timely work. They did a quality job and I would highly recommend. It cost less than the estimate and when I handed them the amount owed, and they loaded it in my car, and he handed me back some of the $, with a smile on his face. Now that is customer service.
