She goes the extra distance.  She is punctual and friendly, but works hard to keep the place clean.  She even attends to the laundry room and the odd inside filter that we need to use.

Staff were pleasant, clear and patient.  Explaining all the details and results,  I felt that I had a choice in the type of care.   I chose full sedation.  Dr. Erehbretraut inspired confidence.  After I mentioned that I often get dry sockets after exctraction, he put one big stitch in the site to keep it closed.  So far so good.
The procedure went off without a hitch.  What seemed like a quick time to me, I was walking with assistance to my husband's car.  I was relaxed and ready to start my pain meds.  
I have had lots of dental care in my life.  This was one of the best experiences.
