Dr Wehler spent an additional 15 minutes with me allaying my concerns about my senior dog. She was patient and reassuring as always. She responds to my calls and emails quickly All my cats and dogs (foster and owned) go to PRAC. They are always upfront about prices, alternatives and outcomes. They are all professionals. I previously worked for a vet with discounted care and still took my babies to Plymouth Road!

Loved all the staff at Plymouth Road. They were fast, professional, and answered all of my questions about my cat's ear problems. They did not lecture me about brushing her teeth twice a day, as I've had at some other clinics. They recommended some routine vaccines, and we were on our way. Looking forward to bringing our next pet there to meet the staff!

We were totally satisfied with the time taken to explore the problem presented. Even though there were no conclusive results apparent, we felt the time taken explaining lab and testing results was most helpful.

We've been going there for a number of years. They are a caring service. They know everyone individually and they know me when I call. They are very personable. We had to put a dog to sleep once. Their prices are reasonable.
