Your Prices are Outrageous To replace An igniter and mother board was quoted as 2000 dollars from Javi of Peak Heating and cooling. Luckily I got a second opinion and new quote is 379 dollars with Advanced Mechanical , they had it fixed in 30 minutes

So lets start with the fact that they quoted us a 3-5 day installment it was over SIX WEEKS! When they came for a quote we told them the biggest reason we are switching to forced air heat is to get heat on the level that you walk into the house because our daughters room is down there and it is the coldest area in the house, they said it would not be a problem. After they got the furnace in they informed us that they might have to take some of the ceiling tiles down in the basement for the ductwork we said that is fine no problem and asked if they needed us to do it, they said no they will handle it. They showed up for a few hours every day but not much got accomplished. Then they took down the ceiling tiles and when I say took down you would think they took them down and set them in a pile nicely right? Nope! They ripped them off the ceiling and dropped them on all our things! Couches we had down there everything! They left the biggest mess I had ever seen! In our daughters room, she had muddy footprints on her white comforter, they spilled her trash and stepped on it, and she had sawdust and insulation on and in her bed! They did not order the parts they needed until they needed them so there were another couple of weeks. Then they said they were putting the house on a 2 great zone system, but I said if they do that and put the lower level with the highest level floor would not that be bad because the upper level is really hot and the lower level is really cold they said that is not how it would go and the two lower levels would be on the same zone and the highest level would be by itself. Well after MONTHS of not being able to figure out why our daughter's room was still cold, we called them and said that we need to get it inspected and they have one chance to fix the stuff (the registers would not fit in the holes they cut, the ones that did fit the duck work fell out because they cut them wrong, daughters room still freezing, etc.) so they come over and the tech was super nice and could not believe the work they did and did not do! Ended up putting a damper in for the heat on the lower level and highest levels. We still do not know how that will work in the summer when we need air upstairs and not downstairs! So they came and fixed that. Then they reached out to my fiance and told him that it was our fault that the ceiling tiles were like that because it was not their job to do a demo to put the ductwork in even though they never told us in advance to do it and after we offered to do it and they said no! The electrician came and told us that they would be back to clean up the mess because that is unacceptable, weeks later however we just paid for a dump truck and did it ourselves! We will see if this even passes the inspection but if it does not I do not even want them back here to destroy other things! Look at the pictures and you can decide for yourselves but I wish I never called them it was a horrible experience lots of work and frustration on our part! Hire at your own risk!

Ac barely cools house they will get you to pay more money for things they say will fix the problem but changes nothing.

We had the furnace and central air unit replaced. The cost was incredibly affordable and they were very knowledgeable and professional. Plus, they arranged for an inspection and kept in constant contact. Would definitely hire them again.

In all my years of dealing with air conditioning and heating problems and lots of repairmen, I have never experienced the level of professionalism and expertise I saw in the Peak Heating and Cooling service at my home in Grand Haven. Arriving on the same day Alex learned of my problem and not departing until he had made a diagnosis and repair, I could not have had better service than I got. I had suffered two prior calls on the unit and expensive repairs, but my heating unit continued to have the same problems. Peak diagnosed and repaired my unit quickly and inexpensively.
