Communication was very poor. We set up an appointment, and he forgot. He told me that he would reschedule when he got to his scheduling book at home. Three days later he came up with a time. We agreed to "$65 for an estimate and we would go from there." I got no estimate, only a bill when he finished. The dryer does appear to be fixed and getting it fixed is cheaper than a new dryer, so I did give him a fair grade. I would have felt much better about the whole experience if the communication was better, especially explaining estimate PRIOR to performing the work.

Fantastic! Will diagnosed our oven problem immediately, arrived right on time, was courteous, cautious with mask & gloves, quickly installed the new part, cleaned up mess, price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

Great, he figured out the problem in a couple minutes (freezer frosted, vents blocked with ice) and recommended thawing it out and starting it up again later. Worked like a charm. We won't block the vents again.

Were a little late, however they called and them arrive a little after the call. Came in look at job and took care of it within 30 minutes and the prices I was quoted on the phone was the price we were charged. Would use again

My dryer had the same problem two days later. I left four messages for Will over 5 days with no response. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I would not recommend this business

Willy arrived within the agreed timeframe and performed a diagnosis on our Samsung cloth washer. He is knowledgeable and his service was courteous. Based on his advice, we didn't go for a repair work because it would be costly. I would recommend their service and would use them again.

Will contacted me within minutes of my request. He was able to come the same day. I asked for a text before he arrived which he did. In repairing the dryer igniter he noticed that our dryer belt was fraying. We had him fix that as well. I thought the charge was appropriate and, even better, he cleaned up.

Mr. Simpson was at my house the same day I called. He found the problem quickly and resolved the problem within an hour. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. I would highly recommend his service.

Terrible, was a no call no show for the washer, after several attempts by me to get a hold of him, he finally came to fix the washer. Sold me a part to fix it, but then couldn't fix it, so I had to buy a new one. Later called him to install a ceiling fan, again was a no show no call. Again, had another "emergency" but after many attempts to get a hold of him again by me, he returned my text explaining he was doing a different job. I would never hire him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone.

The cooktop was attempting to light and burners were malfunctioning, and he was able to diagnosis the problem. He was able to repair the same day. We are already in process to use this company again.

I was contacted several days after my first contact. He appologised for taking so long to get back to me. He was unable to get to me till the end of the week. This was fine with me. he was to call before he came on Friday. At 3PM I contacted him by text and he said he was finishing a job and would be over. At 6PM I figured he was delayed and would call to reschedule. On Saturday I texted him to see if he was still able to look at our dryer. No response.

Will did a great job right from the start! Showed up right on time for the estimate, priced very fair for the amount of work needed. Deck repair went smooth, completed in a day and a half. Looks like a tree never fell on it! Will's communication throughout the project was outstanding! After several failed attempts by other companies just to come out and look at it, I'm glad I finally had Our Majesty's Handyman's Service complete the job. I will be using them for all other projects in the future!
