Real Estate Service
We used this company as an agent to rent our home out in Michigan. They do not stand by their word, and communication is impossible. The tenants were not suppose to have pets, they did, they damaged several things in our beautiful home, after the tenants moved out and we did all the repairs, 3 months later we have yet to get our security deposit from One Step Realty. They do not return calls. It was a terrible experience. I would not reccomend anyone to use their services.
