Description of Work: 2 min. visit to tell me that I needed to replace my washer... already paid for 10 min repair 2 months prior... no consideration for previous visit. Each visit cost $80...

Thank you for the review. Now let me make some corrections to this information that has been shared incorrectly. The first service call to the home was 10/3/14 for a leaking washer which was repaired, the cost was a service call $79.95. We replaced a rusted hose clamp on the bleach dispenser hose. Your second call to our office was 5/21/15 eight and a half months later for a leaking washer. The diagnosis at this time was the tub seal leaking. The decision was made at this time that the cost was too great to repair. And yes we do charge a service call each time we are called to the home that is how our technicians get paid. All of our repairs are warranted 30 days. The second trip was a totally different problem which does require a second service charge. Hope this clears up the integrity issues.

Description of Work: They came out to he house to look at freezer (not making ice cubes). Ordered a part, when it came in, it did not work. Ordered new ice maker, came back and installed/fixed it. Charged me for one visit, and the ice maker. Other parts, labor, visits, trips were not charged. Much appreciated and I will definitely use them again. Chuck Husby

Description of Work: Replaced a very bent panel on the inside of my dishwasher to stop the leaking. They did a fast and efficient job with that, but the service charges were huge. I could have bought a brand new dishwasher for just a little more than what I was charged.

Description of Work: The ice maker and water supply on my 16 year old subzero refridgerator/freezer were not working correctly. I called for appointment - came next day. Repaired/replaced parts, in and out about 1 hour. Always on time, polite, clean, a delightful family to work with. They have been able to do my appliance repairs for the last 30 years.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not running (I also explained that our icemaker was not working, and, that although I had planned on exchanging myself, that soince we were calling to have them look at refrigerator, that we would also like icemaker replaced)....Gentleman showed up, punched a code in fridge and it started running (great job)....then indicated to my son (home at the time) that I had instructed them not to replace ice maker - which was actually the opposite of what I had asked. I could see confusion in the way I communicated it so just let it go. I still have not replaced my icemaker...just a little frustrated, after paying to have the rep come out that I did not get the icemaker replaced as I expected.
