Great process and product. Installation dates were confused when communicating between Lowes store, their actual installer, and myself. Lead me to have taken extra days off of work for no reason, but Lowes was good about apoligizing and making up for it by discounting our final bill to help compensate. The installers were very friendly, fast, and efficient for putting in windows in the freezing cold of a Michigan winter. I love our windows.... they look great and are a huge improvement over our 40 year old windows! Lowes was easy to work with and best in price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Lowes was excellent, everything went well. They came in and took the measurements, once the carpet arrived, they called me and we arranged a time for them to come and they came and installed it. We didn't have problems.

They were able to work around our schedule. They got it done while we were off. The carpeting and laminate both turned out really well.

They are a very good store and they have quality stuff. They are awesome. Their customer service stands out. I will definitely continue to use them.

They kept their appointment. They did good work and then they followed up with phone calls to make sure we were happy with the work. It was all satisfactory before, during and after. I think that they did a good job.

We only got a quote from them and they were reasonable, especially compared to Sears, which was three times the Lowe's quote. THE GENTLEMAN who came was very polite and very nice.

The young lady at Lowe's Company was very helpful in selecting the materials. She knew what I was looking for. She even helped me load and unload. We were also able to return the over's without any problems. It was a pretty good experience. They were pretty good in answering my questions except for a few on which they got back to me the next day. The people that I spoke to seemed to be familiar about the products. I would recommend them. I would definitely use them in the future.

Their service was great. I had the same guy to install them. He was very good and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

I chose this company for two reasons. One, I saw that they got good reviews. Two, I was getting a lot of remodeling materials from them, so it was convenient to use them. The nice thing is that you can get the majority of your remodeling materials from them. It was nice that you can combine those materials with other services. They were professional. I don't really have control over what they choose, but it does take that step out of the process. I was happy with what they chose.

My interaction with them was excellent. It was a fine experience. The process went smoothly, and our product came in just fine.

Lowe's was very responsive to us and willing to work with us on price. Following our order of the countertops we heard from them vvery quickly about when someone would be out to measure. The installers were very nice and professional. Overall it was a great experience!

They send the people and they perform the work perfect every time. Each time we used Lowe's they used sub-contractors every time they were professional and we have used these subs for other work around the home. Excellent experience.

I BOUGHT THE DOORS FROM THEM AND THEY HAD A VERY GOOD INSTALLATION RATE. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WEREN'T IN THE WAY AT ALL. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK.

WE ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK BECAUSE IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO INSTALL. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AS WELL. WE DO HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM TRYING TO LOCK AND UNLOCK OUR STORM DOOR, BUT OTHER THAN THAT I AM OK WITH THE WORK.

THE CONTRACTOR THEY SENT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD A FAIR PRICE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

THEY DO GREAT WORK. THEY CARPETED BOTH OF THE FLOORS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WITH A FAIR PRICE. THEY CONDUCTED BUSINESS LIKE TRUE PROFESSIONALS, BY FOLLOWING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE TO INSURE THAT THEY HAD DONE IT RIGHT.

THEY WERE POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. ONE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND DILIGENT, WHILE ANOTHER WAS VERY NONCHALANT AND OFF TASK AND DIDNT SEEM TO CARE WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE SERVICED.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR ME AND MY BUDGET. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY CLEAN. IT TOOK THEM LESS TIME THEN THEY ESTIMATED. MY FLOOR LOOKS WONDERFUL.
