Rick was excellent. He answered my request for service quickly. Showed up at my door as scheduled. Determined quickly that he could not fix the issue - not appliance problem / electrical - and wrapped it up efficiently. Both he and his assistant were polite and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

He told me over the phone what his charge would be just to look at my dryer ($35). Then he was honest with me and told me that it wasn't worth my $$ to have the dryer repaired, rather than trying to talk me into it. Thank you.

Rick called me right away and showed up within the 2 hour timeframe we scheduled. He was polite, knowledgable and honest - he advised it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new washer than it would be to repair my existing (old) washer. He also provided recommendations on the type of washer I should purchase and good places to purchase it from. I would definitely recommend him.

Prompt to set up a time to come and came within about 12 hours. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had parts on hand to fix the problem. Also told them about a problem I had with my stove, and they immediately knew what was wrong and fixed that as well. To fix both appliances it was quite expensive, but then... I was desprate and so thankful for their promptness in coming and knowledge to quickly fix the problem.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!I described my problem he said he could fix my machine & could come out next day at 1pm. He showed up at 3:30 which is the exact time I told him I would NOT be available. (I told him this 4 or 5 times on the phone during our previous conversation.) Long story short, he spent 10 minutes (literally) looking at my machine, couldn't fix it, and charged me for the full service call even after the assistant he brought with him told me to write the check for a slightly discounted rate because they were 2 hours late and didn't fix anything! He was rude, abrupt, and in my opinion, he knew my machine was not fixable before he came out.
