Guaranteed Appliance Repairs

Rich was right on time, did trouble shooting first. Found the problem in about 10 minutes. Found it was the control board had gone bad. The board had be replaced. He doesn't keep those in stock so had to contact the maker. It was sent overnight, he came back the next day and had complete in about 5 minutes. The fridge is running perfectly. I am very happy with his professional services he was here when he said he would as well. I would recommend him to everyone that asks.

Our 15 washing machine was damaged during a relocation. Rick of Guaranteed fixed the panels quickly, expertly and then verified that everything was in working order. We had a follow up but different problem which he solved over the phone without a service call. This is the kind of person that I like to do business with - "client satisfaction" is Rick's mantra.

He came and fixed the leak on the lower left but cut a piece of copper out of our water line for no reason. I even told him not to do it and because I had restoration people at my house also he did it when I was out of the room. He had no idea how to turn the water line back on. And when my husband got home and turned the water line back on it started leaking in the upper right side. This repair service was terrible. He over charged as well. Terrible service company and very unprofessional!!!

Was quick getting back with me after posting. was right on time when he said he would be here. Knew pretty much what I had explained on phone check a few things then did the repair of what he told me it would more likel;y be. $148.00 TOTAL BILL TO REPAIR MY DISHWASHER. gOOD DEAL

He broke my gas line from my dryer, then it was a scramble to get the gas shut off while I plugged the leak with my finger and tried not to breathe. I opened doors and windows when it was 18 degrees outside to air out the gas. He charged me $40 for a $2 part, charged me over $100 for labor, and left a mess. Feeling a little robbed and traumatized.

The repairman knew exactly what was wrong, went about to fix the problem, and showed me the clearly broken part in my fridge. He probably knew from how I described the problem over the phone. Already had the part with him in the van. Very experienced. Also a Veteran.
