Seemed to know the problem immediately. Reasonably priced. He called at 11:45 and said he was anead of schedule and asked if he could come now, the showed up at 2:30. Was scheduled for noon. But other than the timing, I was pleased with his work.

Had the job finished in a very short time. Nice guy, but made it clear he didn't want any help (including me holding the lid so it wouldn't hit him in the head.)

Very honest about the problem and also gave me tips for better efficiency from our dryer

He was honest and quick. Very friendly. A little expensive, but it beats buying a new stove. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends

Called Friday morming, got to our home at 4:30 that evening. Unfortunately our washer was on its last leg and were advised to replace it. He gave us some good tips on what to look for when researching for a new one. Very honest.

Friendly, prompt. I thought it was too expensive for the amount of time it took to replace the part that I provided (10 min.). But it is fixed.🙂

He evaluated the problem with our fridge and concluded it it would be too expensive to fix it. He just charged us the trip charge, which we expected. Appreciate his honesty.

Rick arrived when scheduled and diagnosed the issue quickly and was extremely reasonable with the charges.

Called Rick the washer wouldn't drain. He said $231.00 upfront and he would have it fixed. Cashed the check came back 2 days later. Replaced the part said it was fixed and left. I ran a cycle; water didn't drain. Same problem. Rick came back said it was the control panel wanted an additional $300 to $400 to fix it. I said NO. Asked for a refund. Only got a $161.00 back. Washer still not fixed. Horrible experience. I would not use them or home advisor again.

Rick was kind and knowledgeable. He explained the issue we were having with our fridge and how he was going to fix it. He called back later in the evening to check to make sure the friend fridge was running properly and to inquire if had any other questions.

Rick drove all the way up to Kent City on a holiday weekend. He van broke down. He was still willing to come over, if we picked him up while he waited for the wrecker. Rick got the job done!! Our refrigerator works again. Thank you.

He was on time, which I appreciated. He explained how the refrigerator works. It had started up again before he came. He checked the temperature, said it was working and the temp was good. He said he will put it down as a time study and check back. If any problems arise again he will come back and not charge the house call fee. I appreciated the option if it stopped working again.

We had a challenge getting an appointment set, but once we did he did a great job.

Actually saved me a service charge by diagnosing from my description over the phone.
