Description of Work: They gave me an estimate on a service and I have used them in the past. The only reason that I gave them a C on Responsiveness is that they were so busy that they could not get to me in the amount of time that I needed them to. But they are always my first call.

Description of Work: They replaced my failing sump pump and also cleaned out the pit as there was quite a bit of sediment in the bottom.

Description of Work: They checked out a water valve for an outside faucet. It had leaked some last winter. The plumber advised me to just turn off the faucet to prevent the drip. He said the pipe was close to a heat vent, so should not freeze. |He also showed me where the water shut off lever is for my condo. I was concerned about not having one, so was totally surprised and pleased.

Description of Work: Tom from Godwin came over and did a great job helping us with a pump issue in the basement. He was polite, professional, cleaned up after his work, and other than the fact that the pump problem is now fixed, you'd never even know he was there. Great job!

Description of Work: He had some suggestions but it didn't work and he still charged me for the copper piping and the time even though it didn't work. He came back and again tried to charge me for the time even though I did most of the work myself.

Description of Work: I sent a message through their online service to request an estimate. I received an email that I would I be contacted within the next 24 hrs. and I did not receive a phone call.

Description of Work: Disconnected and removed old washer and dryer. Installed gas line for my dryer. Installed both washer and dryer. Excellent service and very professional.

Description of Work: 1) Install our bathroom vessel sink to granite top and drain and setup a new | faucet to vanity. |2) Install toilet in bathroom. |3) Install new toilet to other bathroom. |It took him about 2 hours to do all this. At first we were using Pennington Plumbing to do this job and the plumber told us it would be $1050!!! Told him to leave and called Godwin and their plumber came and did a quick and fantastic job for only $260. Pennington I will never use again!!! They don't charge by the hour they charge by the job which is ridiculous!! Don't ever use Pennington or you will pay as you can see 400% markup!!
