One time I thought they were roughly high but in the mean time they were pretty good company too. I've been satisfied with their work. They have an outlet store too. They also have plumbers who would come to the house. The fellow who did the work was very nice. He came in the morning and we went over what needed to be done. Then I went to their retail store, picked up the sinks and the faucets I wanted and so on. They delivered them when he was still working here because it was all day job. So he started in the morning and worked until he was finished. I was very satisfied that's why I would recommend them. If I would have asked the plumber to advice on this faucet then he would have answered the question but that was 7 years ago so I can't be specific on that. I think I did ask him what products he would recommend. I'm sure it wouldn't have been cheaper in any place so it was just the market price at that time. I didn't do three estimates to figure out, so I can't tell if they would have been cheaper; but I couldn't get cheaper materials to choose so I was quite satisfied. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again. There were so many varieties of faucet so I went to store and picked them up. There would have been more stuff if I would have gone to different bath accessories showrooms and bought it home with me. They wanted me to buy from them as far as guaranteeing the merchandise as well their labors. I probably would have saved a little money if I had gone to a discount place like that to buy but I went to their showroom. They delivered all the stuff here so the plumber could do his work. It was one service card and everything was guaranteed as far as their work. They were good company to work with.

It went well. We were on a time schedule with our tile guy and they came out quickly for an estimate in person (some I contacted wanted to do the estimate over the phone) as I requested. The worked it into their schedule very quickly. The worker came upon a minor problem while doing the work, however he fixed it and didn't charge anything extra.....I was impressed with this. We are going to be working on our master bathroom shortly....I will definitely be calling them for an estimate and would definitely use them again (if the price is right).

They did a great job - but they left all of the stuff that came out of the clogged drain in the bathtub and I didn't know it so it sat for a day while I was @ work and I had to use a stiff brush to clean it.

They were very efficient, quick, and friendly. The guy that came was very courteous.

Everything went well. He was able to answer all of my questions.

Excellent service. They were on time. Called right before they came to confirm that time was ok. I originally called for just the garbage disposal hookup. He ended up doing the extra work, when I asked if he had time while he was here. John did an excellent job, was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after all his work was completed. I certainly will call Godwin again and hopefully will get John Grasman as a plumber again!

Monday we realized the A/C was not working and I called Godwin. They came to look Tuesday, salesperson came Wednesday morning, one worker came after lunch and the new A/C unit was in by 6:30 pm Wednesday evening! By coincidence, my water heater pilot light was going out all the time and he cleaned that out too as a courtesy. I found Godwin to be fast, friendly, and courteous.

They diagnosed the problem with the toilet which we had another company out for three times. He diagnosed the problem the first time he came out. The second plumber accidentally cut two holes in our bathroom floor, and offered to refund our money. They are great plumbers and we will use them again, but it depends on which plumber comes out.

I called to schedule an appointment, and spoke with a very friendly dispatcher who estimated that the job would take 30 minutes. The plumber arrived on time for the scheduled repair and took about 5 minutes longer than the estimated time because he found that our supply line needed to be replaced. He was very professional and did an excellent job - he even cleaned up the exterior of the toilet and the floor around the base and tightened the seat and fixed a sticky flapper w/o being asked!

It could not have gone any worse...If you reccommend them I will cancel my subscription.

The service person fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Then asked me what could he fix around the house, since I had 40 minutes left. I put him to work on a few leaks and tweaks and he was happy to help. Great company. Great people.

Contractors showed up on time and completed the work on time and to estimates.

Our bathtub was clogged to the point of standing water. I was unable to unable to unclog the drain myself using an auger so I called Godwin. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained everything he was doing. My bathtub's s-trap was inaccessible as it was placed underneath the tub. The technician was unable to unclog the drain with the auger so he used a device called the Rothenberger Ropump Super. The device used suction to draw back into the tub everything that was caught in the s-trap. The only problem the technician stated was that this would probably have to been performed every 3 months or so. Actually, within approximately 3 weeks the drain started to clog again and now 5 weeks later we are in standing water again. I don't fault Godwin for this as I believe they did their job for the most part. Perhaps they could have drawn more water out. Either way I know I have to move the s-trap from the current location so that it is accessible. I would recommend and plan on using Godwin in the future.

Plumber was very helpful, thorough; answered all of my dumb questions and left me with a functional brand new gorgeous gas dryer!

Serviceman arrived same days as call, one day earlier than scheduled which was fine since I was available. Tech arrived, was shown problem, he got right to work, also explained what he was doing. Unit was repaired quickly, he also covered operation issues. I had mentioned there were a couple of other plumbing items I had questions about, after he completed work, he said since I had already gone into the next billing time period we could take a few minutes to look at the other concerns. We walked the house and he offered advise on what needed to be done, or what was really not an problem. Very good encounter.

Got an appointment for the day after I called (person on the phone even apologized for not being able to offer service for that same day!). Was given a 1 hour window of when service person would arrive - Guy called about 10 minutes after initial appointment time and said he would be there in 5 minutes. Very prompt, very clean, very professional. Did excellent work - snaked my kitchen drain without charging me. VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE!!!

They sounded very confident on the phone (I was sure they knew their stuff; I liked that), but they did not show up when they said they would. They apologised though. My time had been wasted. So I called someone else.

THIS COMPANY ARRIVED ON TIME TO WORK. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THEIR MESSES AFTER THEMSELVES, AND EVEN ASKED TO BORROW MY MOP WHEN THEY SPILLED WATER IN MY BASEMENT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE WHILE IN MY HOME.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR REPUTATION AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. THEY DID EVERYTHING EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. I WILL CALL THEM IF I NEED THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS GAVE GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE, HONEST, AND HAVE REASONABLE PRICES. THEY HAVE A VERY PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, BUT ARE STILL VERY FRIENDLY. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RELIABLE AND HONEST. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB. THERE WASN'T ANY MESSY CLEAN UP ONCE THEY WERE DONE.

THE PEOPLE THEY HAD COME OUT WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND I FELT COMFORTABLE LEAVING THEM IN MY HOUSE. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

THEY CAME EARLY TO MY APPOINTMENT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WORKED FAST. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PRICE FOR MY SERVICE. I WOULD CALL ON THEM AGAIN.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THE PLUMBERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO US THOROUGHLY.

THE FIRST GUY THAT THEY SENT OUT WAS NOT VERY GOOD AND DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE SECOND GUY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE KNEW WHAT HE HAD TO DO AND GOT IT ALL DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
