The repairman was very professional. He called ahead of time, as promised, showed up on time, and fixed several things while he was here. He also gave us some advice on future projects, and contacted the sales office to give us a quote on some other questions we had. I would call them again without hesitation.

I've always known about them, since I grew up in the area. I am satisfied with the service after they got everything fixed. Their pricing was fine. They were out here a number of times and my price didn't change no matter how many times they had to come out to fix the problem.

They were reasonably priced; it was standard. They have a good reputation. So, I chose them for the job. They were willing to come out quickly. I will use them again.

It went very well. They were prompt, professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

Godwin Plumbing was extremely friendly. The price was reasonable. You get what you pay for.

I called Godwin on Monday afternoon. They gave an appointment of Tuesday afternoon between noon and 4:00pm. They said they would call before coming out which he did. The tech arrived when he said he would and in less than an hour, he had completed the job. The tech left nothing behind and showed me the roots that he had removed. The drain now works as it should!

The guy that came pulled things apart and took the drain hose upstairs that has a vacuum blocker on it. He put the wrong hose back on. I called Godwin for a revolution and they have not returned my called.

He arrived on time and was very pleasant. Tried to make up to my barking dog. He used the part that I had and charged me only for labor. He cleaned the area he worked in and I was very satisfied with the work done.

They came out to check out a problem that I thought I had and then they came out for another minor problem. They told me how to fix the problem but there was a big sign that told me not to tighten it too much. I don’t know what too much would be so I had them come out. The price disturbs me a little bit, but they have to cover their costs so I understand. They have done a lot of good stuff for me over the years. They are great people to work with, they always send you the right technicians, and everything they have done in the past has been excellent. They are responsive, they give you the right information when you have questions, and it is just all good.

They are definitely worth checking out.

I chose them because, they are local and I have used them in the past. They were on time and did the job as quick as possible. Their prices seemed to be reasonable and I didn’t have any problems with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

It was one of the best experiences I have had with a plumber. I previously had two different plumbers here and was told I needed to replace both the entire shower in one bath and the entire tub/shower in the other bath with estimates of approximately $4,000 for each. Godwin had someone come out quickly at my convenience since I work out of town, and he spent the time necessary to determine the cause of both of the leaks I had. Prior to the repair person coming, I called to make sure we were on the same page since I could not be there. They had details of the service persons notes and the additional information that I provided. The repair person called when he arrived at my residence and we went over the information which was completely accurate. The repair was done quickly, professionally and within the estimate given and total cost plus some additional work I requested on the outside faucets was $552.

I shop there from time to time. I get my chainsaw sharpened there and I buy things there from time to time as they are close by. They are good and I like them. It is a small time hardware store and a higher end service type of place. You can talk to them and get some advice from them as they actually work with you. I get the chain of my chainsaw sharpened there because they do it right there. I don't have to leave it there and go back a week later. They do it quickly. It is like an old fashioned hardware store and it is good. The workers are very pleasant. I would go back there. They are not the best in terms of their pricing. I don't have any problems with their punctuality.

We had hired a contractor to complete several home projects for us. While they did a wonderful job extending our garage and adding new vinyl siding on our home, they failed miserably with the bathroom. The tub they had installed was not level and the plumbing was not set up properly thus creating a leak in the basement below the tub area whenever anyone took a shower or a bath. We suffered with this leak for over a year with many attempts of correcting the situation. We then collected quotes from various sources with Godwin ranking lower in total price compared to the others. Godwin's contractors are also properly licensed to perform work in their specialized fields. Although, we had to repurchase a 2nd tub, wall unit, shower doors (the previous units were ruined from previous installation) I am very happy with the quality of the 2nd units we purchased. We are also very happy with knowing that the project was completed properly and thoroughly. And I am very happy to report "No More Leaks"!!!

My experience with Godwin Plumbing Heating Water & Hardware Company was good. We didn’t dislike anything about them. I thought their price was on the higher side. The quality of their work was good. I would use them again in the future if required.

John, was the plumber, and was very friendly. He worked quickly and didn't waste any time. Due to needing more equipment, he came out a second time for no additional cost.

I got three estimates and they came in way below the others. They were very good.

I have used them twice now. They do a good job. They have more reasonable price for estimates. They also come out to do the estimate which a lot of places just want to do over the phone, which makes me nervous. I spent $595 for the bathroom plumbing. There was something in our spare bathroom. So, they fixed that problem and didn’t charge me extra. There was little bonus work there. They are better than everybody else, price wise and I got two or three estimates. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They replaced the same and no charge at all. They did a good job and I will continue to use the same in future.

They are very good people and I don’t think there is anyone else better out there.

The person who installed the furnace and a/c was here right on time to install the units. He worked hard, he was intentional about his work, and he promised to be done by the time I got home. He was and he did a wonderful job. He explained everything he had done, who he made certain decisions, and he left the furnace room immaculate as well the outside area around the air conditioning unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

They came when they said, they did the job, cleaned up and left. I'd use them again, it's still working I just need to get a new filter for it.
