Very easy process. Explained to them what I wanted and they made it happen. They more than doubled the size of my existing deck in 3 days! The price was right and the work done is high quality. A couple of the boards split and within a week (during peak season) they came out and replaced them, no charge, no issues. When they say they stand behind their work, they mean it! I would definitely recommend them if you're thinking of contracting for an outside deck/patio. I hear they do bathrooms as well.

Our roof needed repairs because we were going to sell our house. We didn't know we had a couple slow leaks and some wood damage around the garage and porch. I hired Conrad because I like dealing local and they had excellent ratings. They stripped my roof, fixed all the damage, and reshingled in one and a half days! And when they were done, you wouldn't even know they were there. Not a speck of trash anywhere, and no crushed flowers either. If you want quality, I mean PRIMO quality, hire Conrad. My only knock is the cost, but you do get the best for not much more.

Imad came to my home, didn't push me into a sale, gave me an honest estimate with a savings of 3700 off the other estimate from another company. This is after I talked them down 4000. Decided to go with Conrad for the work! Got the information for the loan for Conrad, with an awesome interest rate. Conrad put on my roof and fascia, and replaced the roofing above my bay window as promised in the following week on Monday. In the long run you should use Conrad! I would like to share how happy we are with Conrad Consulting & Remodeling LLC for our recent roof replacement. Chris was very prompt and attentive from my initial contact until the end of the job. I was out of town, but he visited the house to provide an initial estimate. Chris accommodated my travel schedule to meet me at the house, show me samples, and listen to my needs. We discussed the state of the roof with its three layers of shingles, sagging boards, and my concerns over improper ventilation and ice dams. Chris proposed a very cost-competitive solution to repair and replace the roof, and improve the ventilation so that I can add attic insulation in the future. The crew that replaced the roof was one of the hardest working bunch of guys I’ve ever met. It was a blazing hot day and they worked from dawn to dusk tear off 3 layers of shingles, and put the new roof on. The crew was extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing, and kept me informed throughout the job. Once the roof was complete my whole yard was thoroughly cleaned up, and the dumpster was removed promptly the next day. There were no surprise costs or hidden charges. What was agreed to up front was what I paid. The house looks fantastic. I have already had two neighbors stop by to compliment the appearance of the house, and to ask for CCR’s contact information. I hope to see CCR in my neighborhood again soon, and will definitely use them for future projects around the house.

Did a professional job on our new roof. Took extra care preserving our landscaping and got the job completed in two days. No high pressure sales. Conrad Consulting and Remodelling replaced all internal doors in my house with primed six panel doors. The team were professional and did a great job with minimal disruption and mess. The work was completed in a single day and the doors look great!

Chris and his team were very professional throughout this project. The whole house window install took just two days and was completed with little disruption to my house. The quality of product was very high and my house now feels very warm and has improved the curbside appeal. I would definitely recommend this company.

Not only did they do a good job, but they helped our church stay within budget. We ve been looking for a long time for someone to do this job, we have members of the congregation that can do this work, but they are in their 70's and all that ladder work is too much for them.

Conrad Consulting completely re-roofed my 3 story 100 year old (plus) home that included the decking and also new eaves troughs. The quote originally given to me was comparable to two others. The need for new eaves troughs became apparent after the original offer was accepted and CCR was very fair in adding the cost of replacing the eaves troughs. There were a couple other small repairs that were completed and generously included in the total. The roofers and eaves-trough installers were diligent and timely, in spite of weather challenges. All involved communicated well and regularly throughout the process. I feel confident that my home is now sealed tight against the weather. (And now must go to release a squirrel that ended up on the wrong side of the house sealing...!)

Wonderful company, great workmanship, and great people, even in the coldest part of winter! My old roof was removed. New roof, new fascia boards, covers and gutters were installed. No rotting boards were covered over, they were all properly replaced. The team worked hard. They were respectful and very polite. All the mess was cleaned up. My new roof looks and works great!
