Severiano's crew was wonderful. They had to work in like 98 degree heat, got it done in one day. I was very impressed. Real happy Chris too. Everything they said they were going to do, they did without question.

Had a leak throughout the house and it has rained since we've gotten it fixed. We have not seen any new leaks. Eric did a very good presentation and the crew did not screw around. They got it done in a day and cleaned up good. I would recommend Avalon to anybody.

Went great. Called Colten on a Tuesday, he was here Wednesday and the crew was here Friday at 7am to start the work. They were out by noon. The laundry room ceiling collapsed so that was the rush. We were glad we got it done the day before the tornado came through. Excellent company.

The crew was awesome, very polite, they certainly didn't monkey around. We went with Avalon for the financing, and it worked well because there were a couple of add ons. Only had to talk to one person the entire time.

It was great. It went really quick. I had leaking in the kitchen, bathroom, and basement. Not leaking anywhere anymore. I tried calling a few places, Avalon was the only one to get back with me and was willing to do a repair only if needed.

After only three years we had shingles fall off 3 times. Larry and Avalon worked with the insurance company to help them truly assess the damage that was up there. He got one of their roofing guys to show them everything. The guys that did it were very professional. They even asked if they could play a radio on the roof. Never even heard them cuss. Carl was awesome. When everyone was gone he went over the yard again with a magnet to pick up any extra nails.

The previous owners did a poor job with the valleys. So the valleys would leak from time to time. The Avalon guys did a pretty good job, they did a good job of cleaning up too. It was good service. They came in and did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

It went well. They don't mess around they got it done in 2 days from start to finish.

They had to take the two layers off. They did a good job and cleaned up well. We hardly knew they were here. They were very polite when we got them some water. We were amazed at how fast they got it done.

The roof was 24 years old and it was the second layer so that's why we had to do the tear off. They did good, they got here first thing in the morning and by the time I got back from golfing they were almost done. They did a good job. They cleaned up good and took care of everything.

I really wanted to write a great A1+ review after reading all the great reviews and ratings but I was very disappointed with how the job went and almost makes me sick to write a bad review. I should not had this many problems with a tiny cottage roof of 20x25 at a original cost of $5300 and then adjusted to $4950 which was still higher than the other estimates but I wanted the best rated company I could get on Angies List but I feel paid way to much for the stress, my own repairs and problems that were: 1) Wood on NW corner of house was exposed under shingles and not covered by Ice & Water or roof sheathing to protect from water damage... 2) The roof flashing for the gas and wood furnace were suppose to be replace with new ones but not only did the workers not have them they damaged the gas furnace roof flange full of holes from shoveling the shingles off, patch it and put it back on!... 3) They broke my front gutter and when replaced and found a water bottle and chunks of large shingle material that would freeze and back up the gutter with ice. This I also found in the back gutter....4) A aluminum nail pulled out when tightened that was replaced instead of the SS eye bolt I had for the antenna guide wire...5) Nail heads exposed that were not caulked or under shingles?... 6) Bath window screen was split open...7) Shingles that fell and hit the white vinyl siding left black tar streaks that were hard to clean off...8) Gas flue double wall pipe for furnace at top was crushed by hitting with a hammer(?) upon assembly which I had to straighten to allow for the gas cap to seat...9) Gas vent cap crushed down from pounding the top upon assembly that I had to pull apart to prevent furnace gases from backing up into the house...10) The project manager who told me he would be here the day of work in the afternoon never showed up or called which required me to call several times to explain the problems to a new manager but was to late to do anything about it...11) When the supply truck arrived they did not have the correct roof sheathing from the sample I was given called Tiger Paw I was told to be used. In their defense they did correct most of the problems but not replace the two flue vent flanges because the old ones were reinstalled, nailed, caulked, sealed back on the roof and I did not want to tear and disturb the roof anymore than I had to even though they are old, worn and damaged. I fixed the antenna's SS eye bolt, gas flue vent, vent cap, removed black tar off siding, cut branches off roof that the est guy said they would do and and even asked the workers about it., I worked for a Heating/Cooling company so I know some of the repairs and now being on the customer end I am more sensitive to what goes on. Bottom line for me is it felt like they wanted a fast, get in, get out, quick profit knock out job with minimum communication between workers, supplier, customer. You don't know how it saddens me to write a bad review but I always comment good or bad so the business and customer can initiate corrections. I want to thank Nate for gaining back my confidence and ease of correcting the problems.

It's rained hard a few times since we put on the new and we can't even hear it anymore.

Carl and his crew was really good. They did everything I asked. They worked hard and stayed late to make sure everything was covered just in case it rained.

The roof was leaking before. It was extremely hot when the guys were working. It took two days for the house roof and a few hours for the garage roof. The guys were nice.

The guys were very nice and they got it done quicker than we expected. It has held up pretty well over the last few rainstorms.

We were losing shingles over the last few years, but the straw that broke the camels back was when it started leaking in my favorite room. We reached out to a few different places and Avalon was the only one that responded. We were glad that Jeremy went on the roof and told us how old the shingles were. The three seasons room is not leaking anymore and we are glad that we found a company that we could put our money behind. We were appreciative that we had such a quick response. We had buckets and towels out just preparing for the next rain storm. The crew they had out here working on the house was fantastic. They were very courteous, personable and accommodating.

Shingles were falling off so it was time to get a new roof. They did the tear off and the whole nine yards, they even fixed some issues up there and cut down a couple of tree branches for me.

I like the roof. Everything is working well. I especially like the warranty.

I talked to Jonathan about what I wanted. He was nice, Severiano's crew was nice too. They worked hard. I wanted the step flashing and they did it for me. I like that they did the 6 feet of ice and water shield. I'm also glad that I don't have to worry about it again.

They did good. They got it done quickly. We haven't had any leaks in the last few rain storms.
