The crews were great. Jeremy was very nice and professional. Love the look of the new roof. The neighbors have all been over to compliment it. We were very pleased, everything was very quick and they cleaned everything up. The roofers were very pleasant.

The crew was good. Rick installed my parents roof, siding, windows and the inside as well. So my parents said go with Avalon and Rick came through for us again. It was a nice reunion and he has an awesome memory. I'm Team Avalon all day.

I like the new color. Our neighbors have complimented the color of the new roof. The work was great. They were speedy. The roof is no longer leaking. They were also very prompting getting back to me.

Pleased with the price and the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. I have nothing but praise for the work crew. They worked like a bunch of ants, very fast and worked very hard. Did a good job with the cleanup.

Got a few estimates. Felt like some of the other companies were trying to take advantage of the situation. However Avalon was very straightforward. We felt like Avalon was honest and a company of integrity. So far the roof is not leaking anymore. We've had quite a few storms since then and it is still dry so we feel pretty confident that it has been taken care of.

Roof people were phenomenal. It was so hot that day, but we never heard them complain, they went right to work. The bathroom guy was on time and went out to get us a bunch of samples to look at. Took the toilet away so we didn't have to worry about that. The bathroom and roof look great. They did a wonderful professional job and the roof no longer leaks.

Went well. They were fast and cleaned up well.

The yahoos across the street ran out of materials and messed up. So I called Avalon to fix the others peoples problem. They tore off the roof and fixed the leaks, then even caulked the walls and ceiling inside. But when I went out one day I noticed the roof was 2 different colors. So Adam offered to just put shingles overt he other half of the roof to make it all the same color. I have no problems with Avalon. Never had such a bunch of nice guys here. Boy, they knew what they were doing.

The old roof was leaking and leaving spots in the ceiling. We had a friend that used Avalon for their roof. Jeremy was great, Juan and his crew were great. We had no problems with the office.

It went really well. They were timely, they fit into my schedule, they were everything that I expected. Evan was great. He asked me a lot of questions to make sure he was doing it the way I wanted.

We have a family member in construction so he let us know that the price was reasonable. The crew was very polite, professional and fast. They even had to work around some bad weather. They made sure the roof didn't get wet and overall did a very good job.

They did pretty good. They seemed to work well, they were courteous and cleaned up the work site.

Did a good job. Quite surprised about how quickly they cleaned up after they completed. Only found 2 or 3 nails afterwards.

Installers were very good. When they put on the roof it looked like they hadn't even torn off the roof. The cleanup was great, there was nothing left. I would recommend them to others. Very pleased. They got it done very quickly. They came out on Tuesday to talk about the work, and had the roof on by Friday. I sleep during the day so the gutter installers tore off the old gutters first, to get the noisy part out of the way, then installed the rest when I was sleeping.

Had leaking on the roof, couldn't get the original company to come out. So I asked my church who to use and they recommended Avalon. They have customer service nailed. Everybody was great. I would highly recommend Avalon.

Went good. Zachary pushes his crew pretty hard. Cleanup went well. The roof had wind damage and was already about 25 years old. I had heard good things about from others.

They stripped it really quick, the person who lives there works third shift and was able to get a little bit of sleep.

Avalon did a great job. Quick response, quick quote and they were very professional in all respects. We would highly recommend them for roofing replacement and repair.

It's not leaking anymore. The crew was good, they filled in the skylight and even fixed a piece of siding for me. I really liked the 50 year Warranty, they cleaned up well and the start date date was sooner than I anticipated.

Everything went fine. They came in and out with no problem. We have reccommended them to others. Larry was a great guy too and helped us out on a lot of things.

Avalon has been very accommodating. They have worked with fixing leaks in my home and the financing. I was so incredibly impressed with the guys who fixed the original leak. They talked to me before they left about needing ridge cap vents. Kerry replaced the shower. He is a really good guy, he was very meticulous, he talked to me about any and all changes in the project. I felt comfortable leaving him at the home, and my dog liked him too. That is important.

Fantastic! From start to finish the experience, service, and roof were just as we were promised and expected. I highly recommend this company.

The crew was very polite. They were nice guys, got it done quickly. They cleaned up well too.

Pretty good. Old shingles were coming apart. I asked them for a specific install date because I needed to take day off from work. They came out that day and it was nice day too.
