Had a neighbor that used to roof watching the crew and he said they knew what they were doing. The crew swarmed, did their work and it is no longer leaking. I reccommended to a family friend.

If they would have done it when we were told they would start it would have went well. Instead we had to wait three weeks from start to finish because of the weather and the workers.

Chris was great with the insulation, he went in through the closet and came out the garage. They backed into the driveway and put a hose in. It was real quiet, I kept wondering when they were going to start it, and when I checked they were almost done.

Was very happy with the way they cleaned up after it was all done. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. However we liked the quality of the product and that it was a local company. I referred my neighbor to them because he could not believe that they did it one day.

Everything went very well. I went with Avalon because of their reputation and I was very impressed with their communication. Adam was good about telling me when they would be there and what they would be doing. It was also a coincidence that Mike knocked on my door just when I was thinking about replacing the roof. The cleanup was good and the crew was very polite. I've already noticed less ice buildup around the home.

We did the roof ourselves before so it wasn't professionally done, it was getting about 20 years old and it was starting to leak in the front porch. I decided to get it professionally done. I got a few quotes but I liked that Avalon offered a flat rate and financing options. The workers came in and out in one day, they replaced some of the boards that needed it without charging extra. The workers were very professional and Avalon was accommodating with the dumpster, which was a very nice surprise.

When Avalon showed up I really liked their sales representative. I asked him about their pricing and was told they were very competitive. I make the MISTAKE of signing the contract, without considering other bids. Avalon was NOT competitive at all. After signing the contract, the another contractor I had called from Angie's List gave me his quote. He quoted me $1000 for a job Avalon had charged me over $2600 in the contract. Shocked by this price disparity, I called them and got another sales talk. I should have stopped it all right then, but I let it go. After the work was done, I had to call them back for many problems. They were very good and did come back and fix the issues. When another local contractor working on my house saw the job he raised some questions about quality issues and was shocked to find out what I paid. His price would have been around the 1st contractor. I called Avalon back and talked with a manager and shared what I had heard and felt I had been dramatically overcharged. The manager gave another sales pitch that they were competitive and that these other contractors were "low ball" companies that would be out of business for not charging enough. I was NEVER looking for the "low ball" price, just a competitive one like I was promised. Bottom Line: Avalon is NOT competitive in this market at all. I have no one to blame but myself for trusting their salesman who left the company days after this job. That tells you something. While I feel I was dramatically overcharged, I post this issue so you can learn from my mistake of trusting this company . They were NOT competitive at all and are in complete denial about that fact. Apparently they stay in business by overcharging people in our community. I guess that works to a point...don't let it work on you.

We were told when we bought the house two years ago that we needed a new roof and some pieces came off in the tornado. As far we can tell everything went well. We would recommend Avalon to others.

The insulation is working, especially in the kitchen and the kitchen cabinets. I have been wanting to do insulation for a few years. The crew was Cracker Jack. They went right through it and cleaned up any messes.

We have used them a second time because we were satisfied with their work. They were timely and cleaned up well which is important to me. We got other quotes and determined that Avalon was the best value, for the quality, timely service, and their variety of options.

We looked up insulators in the phone book and found Avalon. We are hoping that the new insulation will calm down the boiler.

I had an active leak in my house. I called other companies and couldn't get anybody to come out. Avalon came out right away and gave me a very fair estimate. The estimator and the crew were very polite. They did the work and did not leave any trash around. Aside from the roof no longer leaking, you could not tell that any work was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went well. The crew was fine, they did a good job and a real professional cleanup. They even removed my unused satellite dish. We also got a quote from a steel roofing company but did not want to spend that much money. We saved money by just roofing over the original.

Everything went good. No problems with any of it.

It was a more simple and easy process than I expected. It was the best value of the quotes that we have gotten. It was great job and it was done so fast. The cleanup was great we only found one nail.

The roof had some leaks, I needed it done fast. Avalon's crew got the old one off and the new one in day which is what I was hoping for.

Like the look of the new roof, it pops, and makes the home look bigger. The crew was very polite.

The roof used to leak bad. We had to bring out totes and other things to collect it. The last time it rained it was great to not have to do that anymore. I couldn't even tell that it was raining. Severiano's crew showed up and went straight to work. The crew was great and cleaned up well. Avalon also made sure to get it done before I had to leave town. It was my first time doing something like this and everything fell into place.

Everything went fine. The roof had leaked in the past and we've been patching it up for years. No leaks anymore. Everything went pretty smooth.

Roof was leaking and we tried many times to fix it. Avalon called me and asked about the roof so I let them do it. They did the presentation, Randy brought out all the shingles and he was pretty good. And when it rained I thanked God that it didn't leak any more. I would recommend them to others.

The roof was patched up in a million places and I've known that I needed to replace it since I got the house two years ago. I went with Avalon because they were bonded and insured. Avalon did a good job. The guys cleaned up after the job was done. They were easy to get along with. I'm happy with the job they did and the roof they put on my house.

Roof was leaking and nobody else would do it until March. But Avalon was the best people that came by and got it done quickly. They got it done within a week, and when they threw in the gutters then it was a done deal. The gutter people were very nice.

Went great, good price, happy with quality, had two follow up items that they took care of without issue. Would definitely hire again for roofing project

Like what they did to the roof. They were very nose to the grindstone. We have received compliments on the roof, it looks very nice. The crew worked pretty hard. They worked until dusk and got it done much quicker than we expected, even working through difficult weather.

David did a great job of explaining what was going to happen. The crew worked hard, they were very respectful and just did it. They even had a guy picking out debris from the garden out front. The backside had a lot of cracked shingles, now it all looks nice, new and fresh, and ready for winter.
