I was amazed at how quickly I was contacted. Their installer arrived prepared to quote and complete the job in one visit if need be. He was on time, flexible, courteous, helpful, and just about any other positive adjective I can think of. My carpet looks like nothing ever happened to it. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Rolling up my rubber backed area rug I was horrified by the spill evidence. In my Honda, the rolled up area rug emitted an unpleasant odor I had not noticed in my home. I'm happy to say the after cleaning, the spots and he smell were gone.
