The service technician was prompt and thorough in his work. He covered all the ducts and dryer vent. It was a good thing as it was very clogged and could have started a fire. I am very grateful that I had this done and he showed me how to maintain it as well. I would definitely recommend this company.

would not recomend this type of carpet cleaning.it did look better, but you have to finish the job by vacuuming all the dirt up yourself after it dries. as far as stains, it is extra to have them removed. none of areas came out and the tech told us it would cost extra.the service techs were very friendly, but forgot to tell us about the scratch they put in the newly painted walls. called the office and they told me someone would return next day to look at damage. no one showed up or called. would i recomend to a friend? no, too bad, i liked everyone i talked to.
