It went fine the were 30 minutes late but they called and that was fine with me. When they got here they went to town and cleaned the carpet did a very good job.

As always they did a wonderful job.  Very professional, punctual and conscientious every time the come.  Love the reminder calls and the follow up calls to make sure you were happy with their services.   We have tried multiple companies, some with slightly lower prices, will not use them again, very happy.

They did a fine job. kept in contact with us. we receive a reminder call of the time they would arrive the day before. Called the next morning from the actual 2 man crew coming out to say the job they were on in the morning could take longer than originally planned, ask if they could be an hour or so later, I said no problem we would be home. Same crew called back closer to noon and said they were back on schedule and wanted to know if it would be ok to come to our house at the originally scheduled time. Very good at keeping the customer in the loop. Workers explained what they were doing and how long it would be before we could move things back ie. when it would be dry. They gave me some tips to speed up the process. turn up the heat, turn on ceiling fans put fans on the floor at floor level to better move the air. Everything back in place by 6-7:30 pm.

The company was very helpful. They even have two prices, in case you don't want to pay for doing the sides and the back. I opted for all of the surfaces. The company called the day before to remind me, then again to let me know they were on their way, and the day after to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. Kelly let me know up front that because of the condition and age of the furniture, he would not be able to remove all of the hair. I pretty much expected that, but as the furniture came to me free, I was glad to pay to have it professionally done. I am very pleased with the results! There is very little hair left on the furniture, and they were also able to get some ugly stains out. Kelly recommended that I use a sticky lint-removal roller on the surfaces after it dried, explaining that doing so would remove more hair. I did so and proved him right.
Both the office staff and the cleaning staff were helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Kelly and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. He showed us before and after pictures of the ducts that he took with a special camera on a snake-like device. Wow! What a difference! We are just renting but air quality is very important to us as one of my daughters has difficulty breathing at times. It was 100% worth having this done. Kelly also offered advice for greater air quality in the home. When we turned on the heat for the first time (we waited until the air ducts were cleaned), there was no smell of starting up the furnace the first time of the year.

They did a great job and I would use them again.

Kelly arrived on time, explained the entire procedure and answered my questions. The job was well done,in time and precise. I have already recommended them to two other friends who intend to use their services.

THE GOOD: ? Punctual ? Mostly courteous  ? Offer to do the walk-in closet for free (~$9 savings) ? Followed up with a call inquiring if there were any concerns.
THE BAD:  ? Did not meet cleaning expectations (left dark shadows in high traffic areas) ? Scheduled for 2½ hrs and were "done" after 1½ hrs (perhaps they could have worked harder on those high traffic areas) ? Got annoyed when I asked---politely---whether they had cleaned and Scotch-guarded the living room area wall-to-wall (since there was no evidence of having moved the sofa and tables); they became rude from then on ? Because of the owner's rudeness, I did not want them back in my house again, despite their follow-up call.

Kelly showed up at exactly the time of the appointment. He thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all my questions. He took pictures of the vents before and after to show me the differences.
