They did a wonderful job.  Carpets look great!  Dried in less than a day.  They were very professional and knowledgeable, using a sophisticated truck-mounted system.  They did the work in less than three hours.  Very hard-working and friendly.  Nice touches like special corner guards where the hoses went around wall corners.  They finished with special brushes that lifted and combed the nap.  We will definitely use them again ourselves, and have already recommended them to our friends.

They arrived on time, introduced themselves (the owner was one of the "crew").  After showing them which areas we needed cleaned they fully explained the procedure to us before they started.  They were very careful with our furniture in the areas where they only were to do the "high volume traffic" spots.  They were finished in the time they gave us and have followed up every few months to see if we needed any more work.

Great. They were on time, professional, easy to work with and did a great job. The house felt much better when they were done.

Kelly and Cody arrived very close to the appointment time and went right to work.  Kelly took a few minutes to explain the whole
process and showed me real-time video of the duct work in the basement (main hot and cold runs) which were extremely dirty.  Once he felt that all my questions were answered he too joined Cody in clearing all the dust and dirt build up in the ducts.  They were extremely friendly and courteous the entire time they were at the house.  As the work was being performed they  made sure to clean up things as they went along and left the house looking great and ducts noticeably clean!  My wife and I would highly recommend Kelly Cleaning service and plan on using them in the future.

Annmarie's services are above and beyond what you would normally expect.  Her services provide me with peace of mind that my rental is being cleaned with the utmost professionalism after each guest leaves.  She is dependable and efficient.  I can't say enough positive things about the service she has provided for over 10 years.

I called to get an estimate and find out more about the company. Call was promptly returned and I was able to schedule a time within 1 week. They arrived right on time, introduced themselves and walked through the areas to be cleaned and reviewed with me what they would be doing and the price - before they started. They did an amazing job and even finished faster than expected. My carpets looked brand new when they were done. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality.

Price was reasonable and they took $2 per vent off of the total if you took your own vent covers off before they got there.  They were flexible and schedule on a Saturday which made it very convenient for us.
They did show up 45 minutes late and didn't call to say they would be late until 20 minutes after they were supposed to be at the house.  Also didn't have camera to show before and after like their website showed.
The cleaning guys were very nice when they arrived, and did a good job from what I could tell.  They cleaned up very well, and did the job quickly and efficiently.
Probably won't have this done again, but would use them if we did.  They were late, but at the end of the day, wasn't terribly upsetting.

From start (making the appointment) to finish (follow-up phone call a few days after the service), everything about the experience was impressive. Frankly, I was most impressed by/pleased with the fact that an area rug on hardwood floor could be successfully cleaned! That was a huge bonus for us.

This was our second time using their service. The first time was a very positive experience so it was a no brainier to call them again. They arrived 30 minutes early. Staff was very professional. I like that they vacuum the carpet before they clean it. The carpet was damp after they were done. They leave you booties to wear until it drys. They also have a leave behind card to rate their service on their own site. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using their service again.

I called Kelly Carpet Cleaners, obtained an estimate for cleaning my carpet over the phone and set up the appointment at the same time.  The crew arrived promptly, reviewed area to be cleaned and set to work.  Very courteous and friendly staff.  Completed work promptly.  I was very pleased with how the carpet looked after being cleaned.  The carpet was dry by the next morning.  I had the family room scotch guarded and last week my grandson spilled his drink, which did not soak into the carpet and was very easy to clean up.
Would highly recommend this company.

With allergies in my family and grandchildren coming for a few weeks, I was anxious to get my air ducts cleaned before their visit.  Kelly Cleaning Service was able to come within a week.  I was shown the camera view of my ducts before and after to see what a difference the cleaning can make!  Kelly did a great job of finding the two perfect spots to open the basement vent work to access all of the pipes in the basement.  He closed the openings with a finished look.  I was able to save a few dollars by removing the hot and cold air vent covers in my 2 story house myself before they arrived.  The two workers vacuumed all the vent work and furnace and used a special metal power scouring whisk and vacuum to really clean out the duct work.  Dust can really get caked onto the inside of pipes.  They showed me the large dust catcher for the vacuum when they were finished.  The container was very full.  I am so thankful I finally took the time to get this done.  I feel like we will be breathing better for a long time to come.

The work was completed on schedule, to our complete satisfaction.

I was able to set up service for the NEXT DAY.  Kelly was prompt, courteous,  and left my 14-year old carpets looking almost new.  Would definitely use again.

After reading the great reviews on Angie's list, we gave Kelly a call.  They got us scheduled within 2 days, provided a good estimate over the phone, and showed up right on time.  Kelly and Cody were very friendly and professional.  The house we were having cleaned had an owner with cats (and the problems often associated with such).  They did a fantastic job of pre-vacuuming, pre-spotting with enzyme cleaner and then shampooing.  They gave recommendations on a couple of areas that were badly damaged.   I would readily use them again.  We've had other cleaners do our own house before and they did not compare in thoroughness and professionalism.

They cleaned my living room, dining room, stairs and the other rooms they just cleaned the traffic areas.  I am very pleased with their work and will use them again in the future. 

Job went very well, overall.  Not sure of cause, but next day there was a stain on the bottom stair.  Called them.  (They had already called me and left a message asking if everything went well and if we were fully satisfied with the service.)  They came back extremely promptly even though their schedule was very full the rest of that week.  They re-cleaned and re-protected that stair free of charge.  I  
would definitely consider having them back again.

Kelly and his assistant showed up right on time and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  Once they had answered my questions, they asked to see the areas that needed to be cleaned and began work right away.  Kelly and his assistant worked quickly and in no time, the job was complete to perfection.  I truly enjoyed using Kelly Cleaning Service and plan to use them for all our future needs too.
