They are very friendly. The owner happens to be the brother of my daughter's friend from high school. They are a small hometown company and I try to give back my business into Grand Ledge. I never have to worry whether it is going to be done; it always does. I can be gone, I can be on a vacation, and they have never failed. They really are good.
