Initially it appeared the job was acceptable, but then 18 months later my roof began to leak. The roof he replaced had not leaked in 25 years of winter, but now his roof began to leak the 2nd winter. He will not acknowledge that the leak is due to his work, therefore I am still needing this repaired.

"The roof leak is due to an ice dam. Lakeside Roofing has discussed several options with client to resolve the issue but client has refused any of the options and does not understand the underlying cause of ice dam and the solution. Lakeside Roofing is willing to work with client to resolve the issue."
