1. Verbal agreement had been reached and draft documents reviewed that indicated 5% interest to refinance our mortgage. When we arrived at their Lansing offices to sign, to our astonishment, final written papers indicated 5.25%! 2. Their telephone customer service is atrocious. You may spend hours of futile frustration. Expect to go through endless automated loops, to be put on hold, and to have calls dropped or cut off. Once you are able to speak to a live person do not expect intelligible English. Expect to be misled and don't count on things said being true. I was led to believe I had automatic payment set up only to find it wasn't. Twice. As a result, I was charged late fees for their errors. They closed local offices and they would not provide locations where I could go to speak their representative in person. They require that business be conducted on-line. 3. They placed extra principle payments in 'suspension' rather than applying them to the principle as stipulated in writing. They fail to provide timely written receipts of payment or statements.

Terrible. This company's client service is the worst I've ever seen. They tell you one thing and then do another one. Trying to get anybody to help you out (not even think about them acknowledging any of their errors) is almost impossible. The worst part was that we didn't have just one problem (so you could say it was a coincidence) we had multiple problems with this company. I will never use it again.
