Bats and Traps humanely removes BATS and other animals with TRAPS. We service Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee Counties. We will resolve your animal issues with bats, beavers, birds, chipmunks, foxes, groundhogs, moles, mice, muskrats, opossums, rats, squirrels, skunks, woodchucks, etc. We are a company of integrity. We will NOT try to up-sell you on services that you do not need. We will have a wildlife professional to your home in less than 24 hours. We also offer pest proofing to prevent future animal issues. Bats and Traps is the only animal removal company that offers a 3-month warranty with every inspection of your attic, roof and property. We offer treatments and/or daily trapping until we confirm that all the animals are removed from your home/commercial business. Its good to know that we still are able to find a business that has prompt geniune customer service that listens and communicates to your problem and needs. Then goes to every possible means of fixing and resolving the issue at hand. What they communicated actually did happen when they said. Great people to work with. Kelly and Jeff have a lot of Pride in taking care of the people and wildlife problems that occur. Highly recommended.

Kelly and Jeff have both been great to work with. Not only did Jeff set out the bait, he also noticed three places that had allowed entrance into the garage and attic. He immediately repaired those areas and pointed out a couple of other spots that need attention (tree trimming and such). So far...so good. No noises from the attic. Hopefully, we will not need their services in the future, but, I would not hesitate to call them again.

I am a repeat customer. I have now used bats and traps for both bat and squirrel removal. I called another company and they quoted me over three times the price and I just got the sense that they didn't know what they were doing. Jeff came out to my property and right away I could tell that he was honest, he did know what he was doing and he was also very diligent on both getting the job done and coming back daily to check for animals and traps. Very good value and also did a couple minor repairs that were not even related to the problem. Would highly recommend. Dan

The job is not complete because they have to return in the spring to finish but so far, we have been very happy with the customer service and promptness.
