They were fabulous, kind and courteous. Their staffs were very pleasant, they explain things very well and the repair that I needed was done in a timely manner because they figured out right so I was only there for 45 minutes and the repair was completed. I would recommend them for both sales and service.

Feeny went out of their way to earn my business. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Thomas Young. I told them the exact truck I wanted, when it wasn't on their lot...they drove over 3 hours away to get it for me within a 24 hour period. They've locked me in as a customer.

It went very well. There was one person who kept in contact with me, letting me know the price and how it was going from time to time. I was there for quite a while, about 2.5 hours.
