+ -1 moreThe new roof looks really good---(We picked out the shingles)---John (owner) made a few promises that he did NOT keep. He raised the price quote up a few hundred because he said the price of material went up. We accepted so that's on us. (I later found this was BS). Cost of materials actually stayed the same. John's Crew was on time and worked hard but they smoked a ton and we had butts tossed all over the yard. I was picking them up along with nails and other materials for weeks! When it came time to clean out my gutters I found all kinds of crap! We just feel they should have been more aware of the mess they were making and make their job more responsible.

+ 1 moreEverything went very well. The crew was always on time and friendly, they were honest about what needed to be done, and they did a great job in all respects. They even followed up on some of their services at no additional charge.
Description of Work: They replaced some shingles, caulked some windows, rebuilt my garage door's frame, and installed new gutters. They also power washed my home's exterior, installed a new storm door, and tuckpointed my chimney in addition to replacing its cap.
