I called Todd on the recommendation of a friend. He was the fourth or fifth company I had called, I had a major roof leak, and siding damage from a storm that I had now dragged out for 5 months due to the feedback from previous contractors. One quoted repairs by standing in the driveway, and three walked around the house, up on the roof, and stated the repair would be guaranteed until they pulled out of the driveway! Todd and his crew ended up fixing my rood, chimney and siding. It was wonderful. Due to his careful inspection with me and again with the insurance agent, I was prepared when the chimney came into the picture, he was upfront, honest and the men were hardworking. They arrived on time, left on time, and someone was here everyday before I left for work or when I got home to let me know what was happening. Its been a couple years now, and I still look up and smile each time I pull in the driveway. My home is beautiful and dry and warm. I still have people in the neighborhood from blocks away ask about the work, telling me they watched and were impressed with the way they worked. I am saving the money for Todd and his crew to tackle my garage and driveway, I won't call anyone else. If I am not doing the work, Todd is.

Yes they were on time, kept job site clean, explained every thing they were doing, and how it was going to fix the problem. They seemed to use good products, I will use them again most definitely.

Todd was extremely professional, quickly assessed the root cause of my roof leak, uncovered the previous attempt at repairing it, scheduled a convenient repair date, came when scheduled, finished the work in a timely manner, kept the job site clean, neat and organized, and was able to blend in the repair work with the remaining roof so that it looked perfect when he was finished. I'm very satisfied and glad I decided to go with Select Renovations as my roof repair contractor.
