"This consumer is insulting and extremely rude. We gave them a time lime line and an extremely reasonable price, but I personally would not hire a contractor and then call them up scream, curse, insulting them though out a simple conversation. this consumer is getting a full refund - I do not want to work for consumers like these ? we are professionals, not garbage men we are professionals and should be treated as such."

"When Jamie contacted me I told him we charge by the hour and for each yard of material we pick up and haul away we are charged per Cubic Yard for disposal at the recycling dump. $15.00 per yard . So as we cleaned up over 16 yards of material I contacted him and told him it would be extra to dispose of the rest of his yard waste " leafs " he declined to pay. Jamie was very rude and demanding I told him it would only be and additional $75.00 he proceeded to get upset so I cut the call short."
"We did everything as per our contract in writing as it was itemized in the invoice/contract, plus we did a few extra things that was not listed in the invoice. I did specifically point out in the beginning that they would have to maintain and "water" all 5 areas of the landscapes that we installed with all new topsoil and brand new plant material. I did point out that without an irrigation system they would have to water each and every area, meaning all 5 new landscapes installed, specifically 7 to 10 minutes in the morning before the sun comes up and 7 to 10 minutes after the sun goes down in the evening. This customer did post a after five star review on HomeAdvisor after the job was completed . So they were very pleased with my work once I left. Furthermore, every nursery we deal with specifically says they do not warranty plants. My Company holds a nursery stock dealers license so that we get discounts on plant material from the nursery dealer. We did our job and did it well I have no control of what happens on your property after we leave there. Why do these customers feel like I should replace their landscape and plant material for free? It is not our place to go over and water their plants for them. Please do not ask the contractor or anyone else for that matter to give you another free service or labor and material when you know from the beginning I have been more than fair."
