Excellent !!
I called about my refrigerator not cooling. The freezer part was fine.
The fridge was an average of 52 degrees. Gary came in and found out in the exchanger (not right word) that moves the cold air from the freezer to refrigerator was clogged with ice. After heating it with a blow drier, he thought that would take care of it.
It actually got warmer. He came over the next day at NO CHARGE, spent over an hour here taking apart the fridge. He found another iced up area that he said was unusual. He was sure that was the problem and he was right !!!
Thing is, a year ago I had the same problem. I called a different repair company. He took one look at it and immediately said I needed a part (that exchanger) and charged me almost $400.
Thomas Appliance was honest and didn't "automatically" say it needed parts. Gary took his time to figure out the problem and fixed it. When the first trip didn't work, he came right back and found the problem.
I HIGHLY recommend Thomas Appliance.
