They arrived on site exactly when they promised. The first day, our salesman came along to introduce everyone (there were four men working all day). We had asked for a special placement of the generator, which meant running a new gas line. That, plus electrical work involved took two complete days. The men were all very professional, and friendly, answering questions and explaining exactly what they were doing and why.
A few days later, we realized the AC would not start, so called back. They had someone out within a few hours, who promptly realized that a simple switch was not turned on!
The next day, our salesman called to be sure we were satisfied with the work, and also explained that in going over the final details in the installation, there was one other issue that still needed to be addressed. One of the original men came back the next day and fixed the problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend Goyette Mechanical. Now we are just waiting for the first power outage...

So, long story short, they may make mistakes but they seem to stand behind their service and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is for real. Also, their technicians and electrician are all very friendly and professional and do quality work.
