We do not purchase flooring anywhere but Barron's. Their pricing is always very competitive and quality of the product is always top notch. Can't beat the personal service.

I had a problem with my refrigerator and the water that was coming out ruined the floor. It leaked all underneath the floor. I went to their store to see if they had anything close to what I already had in there, and they did. They came and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the day for the people to come. They contract people to come. The guy didn't show up. I was already for them. I had the stuff out of the kitchen. I called them and asked where the man was. They finally called and said the contractor called and said his mother was in the hospital. We had to reschedule. They came the next day. After they got here, they did an excellent job! The guy didn't let them know that he wasn't coming for a long time, and that was wrong. I think the guy was just trying to make excuses. The owner was very nice, and he did feel bad. I was pleased with the job. The only part I wasn't pleased with was the contractor not showing up. They didn't have a whole lot to choose from, but they certainly knew what he was talking about. They were very helpful. They pulled up the entire floor. They had to put new partial sub-flooring under what was wet. I would use them again, but I would tell them only if they were on time.
