 + -1 moreMark Bala is a great guy. He does lawn maintenance for a reasonable price and very good quality. My only comment is when the heck is he going to do snow removal? I just wish he did both, but if you are looking for a lawn maintenance service, he and his company is very good.

 + -1 moreI have been using Ynot since spring 2013. Mark mows every week that is needed. If he can't make it on my regularly scheduled day, due to weather, he cuts my yard on another day as soon as he can. I can count on him, I don't need to call, he'll get it ASAP. He contacted me last autumn (email) to let me know when the last mow date was and contacted me again in spring (email) to confirm that I was going to use him this season. I really like that he communicates through email - much easier and more convenient for me. Plus I have a record of communication, should I need one. We have a big yard for a city lot (52' x 250') and he gets done quickly. He bills me once a month and that seems to work very well. He is a low-cost, no-frills lawn service and perfect for our needs.

 + -1 moreI hired him after finding him on Angie's List. He completed the work through the season of 2013. He was very good and his prices are really reasonable. However, his lawn mower is very large and his equipment would miss the edge of the lawn. He did forget about my appointment on the first time. There is not too much communication with him except through email. He always completed the job very fast. I would recommend him to people who have huge yards as he would be perfect.
Description of Work: They came over on a weekly basis for lawn care maintenance. The last job they did was the fall clean -up.

Description of Work: Mowing, edging, fertilizing, leave cleanup, yard cleanup, when needed. During the winter, they have now started doing my snow removal for me. It's hard to say what I have spent with them because it depends on what I am having done that week. They also plant flowers and trees for me in the spring and have helped design my yard. When I have nothing really special going on, the average standard upkeep is about $15 for mowing. They have never done a job for me that wasn't done well ad they didn't clean up after themselves.

 + -1 moreMark was great to work with. We moved out of state and hired him to mow our lawn while we waited to sell our house. He as very responsive when I called for a quote, was very prompt, professional, and friendly and his rates are very reasonable. I would very highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Mowed our lawn weekly. Removed sprinklers/hoses prior to mowing, and repositioned after mowing. Sprinklers are out and on a timer because we have moved out of state. Mark was great about accommodating us and helping out with our unique situation.
