"We arrived to provide service in less than an hour for this homeowner on 12-16-14. A price was quoted over the phone prior to arrival and again in person before starting work. The homeowner signed that he was completely satisfied before paying the bill in full. We would also like to point out that we provided assistance to this gentleman on a day when the schedule was full and completing his task required us to work after our normal closing time, which we did without charging emergency rates."
