He had previously replaced our roof, so I contacted him to do repairs when a leak developed. He made an appointment to come out first thing the following morning, His wife called that morning and said there was an emergency and would I reschedule for either later that day or the following day. I rescheduled for the following morning. She thanked me profusely for being so understanding. The following day I waited for several hours, trying to call both his cell phone and the office number. No one answered either phone and I left messages asking someone to call me back. I never received a call back or an explanation. If he didn't want to do my job, why couldn't he have just told me. To make me wait several days with a leak running into my living room, without telling me he was not going to come is very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone, despite how nice and accommodating they sound on the phone.

Mark started out fine and said the job would be done in a week. That was last October. It is now the end of April and there are boards left on roof, no vents installed, patches of incomplete covering, trim missing and hanging. He has said several times he would be over to finish, it was my fault, I paid him when I thought they were done, but he took the money and ran.

THEY WERE GREAT! THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY SHOWED UP AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THROUGH IT ALL, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
