did not like the high pressure sales tactics. if you wish to get several bids, ask others first and these people last. work was done when they said and appears to be good. I assume you will have to do this with anyone, but I found quite a few, over 30, nails after they were done advised them before they left so they were aware of the nails.

Did not care for the sales tactic used to get the final price. Otherwise everything else was a good experience

Changed my mind on part of the project after signing the contract and they were very easy to work with. They showed up on time and were done in 1 day. New roof looks great, even get compliments from the neighbors.

They did a good job quickly.

Everything was done to our specifications; however, I checked the work and found the installers had missed an area and it was not a full 15 inches in all places. They immediately fixed it and apologized several times. I think you always need to check because mistakes happen. The salesman was very informative, no high pressure. Answered all our questions. Gave us a good price for our ranch - 2600 sq ft! Only issue was they didn't call us when they said they would to set up the install and I had to call them. Again, apologies given. I would do business with them again.

If you hire this Co. the job is done to "code" Asphalt Shingle Roof Installed. Much woods needed that was not priced originally and that changed the price substantially. The project manager called me to discuss matters but the reassuring word said was that my roof has to be done "right" and also added "we'll take care of you" The price increased of course but this company had look at where they can discount and /or drop a fee that make sense not just give a bill to pay. Customer service and project manager are just awesome people and this Co is highly recomended

Salesman was a little pushy for my taste, when they came to my house and gave me a quote. The crew that came out and installed the new vinyl siding did a great job. I've received numerous requests for the company that installed my siding. I would recommend these guys to anyone, the price is a little higher than what I was expecting. But the quality of work that PRO does is well worth the difference.

They kept delaying my install

I had them do a shingle roof rather than metal. They completed the job in one day. It looks great and I beleive the quality is top notch. Tim, Keith, and the Carter crew were great! Highly recommend them for roofing and gutters.

The workers were efficient & they walked the area twice to make sure everything got picked up.

Every thing they did was great. They were the most expensive.

Just got done with the whole house removal and siding with Pro home Improvement and could not be more satisfied with the whole project from start to finish.My project consisted of removal of aluminum sis=ding and install of new siding over this and concrete block and also T1-11 siding.So I did challenge them with multiple surfaces to go over and my home was build in 1937 so you never know what shows up on demo day. But Jaz and his crew did a wonderful job and were excellent in their install also the most trustworthy6 crew i had ever dealt with i had ti do errands and a doctor appointment while they were here and was totally comfortable leave them alone with the home open and my pets inside. I could not ask for a more personable and professional crew!!! The whole experience from the initial quote to Sam the final measure before the product was order to Kieth the project manager and Tim the owner could not have gone any better. Sam even gave very good suggestion at final measure to make the whole home really pop out and go from just a average project to one of the most outstanding homes in the neighborhood

Their customer service is absolutely excellent, they came back out and made repairs to other places that were not a part of the project or their concern just additional service to me. This is the first company I have ever dealt with where virtually everyone on their staff is very professional and helpful. I certainly highly recommend them to anyone needing their service!

They showed up early morning without calling. I was still in bed when they arrived. This was done for a reason. They was done before I got dressed. I don't believe they could install the insulation in 15 to 20 min. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel my money was just a give away. I would like another contractor to give me a quote and do the job right.

One of the most up front and honest companies you could ever hope to deal with.

Not only did they do a good job but Sam came out the day before and fixed an issue we were having with our bathroom fan. The guys came out the next morning and within a few hours everything was completed and cleaned up.

They do good work & they clean up after themselves

We had the rim joists in the basement sprayed. They removed all of the old fiberglass insulation and sprayed the new foam. Everyone - sales rep, scheduler and installers - were prompt, informative and courteous.

Everything was explained in detail up front. The weather was very uncooperative but they worked with me to schedule and get it done. Cleaned up after themselves and addressed a concern timely.

The representative who came to the house explained in detail what would be done and answered all of my questions.
