I am confident and at ease that I know I have a quality roof on my house and garage. If any problems were to arise, I have a 25 year guarantee that backs the project, All the gentlemen that worked on this project from the administration to laborers were awesome.

Pro Home Improvement did a fabulous job installing my new roof. The crew was very professional and did a thorough job cleaning up after the job was complete. Not only does my new roof look great, I don't have to worry about installing a new roof again. Pro Home Improvement are just that. PROS.

The company and installation crew was very professional with the project. During the installation process, changes were made to the initial proposed plan and the crew was very accommodating. Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have gutters installed on their home.

They did a great job on my roof, cleaned up everything after they were done. My neighbors commented on what a nice job they did and how nice my roof looked. My neighbor said the guys great workers!

A few gutter guard screws put in crooked,and a few pieces of scrap metal laying around after job completed. Other than that they did a good job.

This was a total tear off replacement roof, was able work on our house right away. Very accessible with answers, very professional, patient and understanding. Threw in extras that we didn't have to pay extra for. Cleaned up everything, including some stuff they didn't even do. The crew was outstanding.

The work was outstanding. The only issue we have is that the salesperson told us all workers are employed by Pro Home, which wasn't the case. Fortunately the crew was outstanding.

When the representitive Bill showed up, he was very nice and full of knowllege about their product, which I liked. Pro Home was my 5th gutter estimate. We liked Bill's passion for his product which made us feel very confident when he said Pro Home does not hire contractors or other companies to install the gutters. He said we have gutter guys, roof guys, window guys, ect.....Which is why they got our business. Well.....Who shows up to do our gutters? A company called Allied Gutter(Joe and Kyle). The main guy from Allied gutter walks up to my door (eating a breakfast sandwich) says "Pro Home" Contracts us to do all their gutter work. I was confused. So i asked Joe(the guy on my porch) if I could have called Allied Gutter directly and got a better price, he said "most likely". I felt like I was taken for a ride at this point. They(allied gutter) still installed my gutters, and only with damaging one screen(but was repaired and installed the very next day)they made it right. When they were done after the gutter job, i did my walk around and seen the existing rotted wood on the sophets, he didn't know he was supposed to fix that. After they left, I had to pick up the loose gutter screws, used pop rivet nails, and cigarette butts. Another Allied gutter crew came out 2 weeks later to correct the rotted wood when I wasn't home. upon my 2nd inspection, they only fixed half of the rotted wood, and got a Gutter screw in the tire of my car. Pro Home had to have "ALLIED GUTTER" come to the house a 3rd time to do it right again, this 3rd time Pro Home supervised the hired contractors from Allies Gutter this visit. In the end of this whole gutter experience... Pro Home(Keith and Sam) project managers, made everything right to my standards. It took about a month to get it all right. they even paid for a new tire on my car(due to the location of puncture). The last crew from Allied Gutter (Jake and Jason) should have been the first and only crew to do this job. They have an eye for detail and quality. This is my experience with Pro Home. For anyone who reads my write up here, please know that In the end of all this gutter installation stuff, I am happy with the final outcome, and Sam and Keith did what it takes to make the customer happy. That says alot about their integrity and what they believe in. Thank you.
