Fast and efficient

Very quick and efficient! We bought a credit through Angie's List and got not only a faucet installed, but the bathtub spigot caulked. The plumber that came out was friendly and did a great job! A+

From start to finish this job went very well. When I called to make the initial service call I was greeted by a kind voice on the other end of the line. That to me always signals a good or bad experience is ahead...It was good!! Our service tech. Greg was phenomenal. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new toilet for us. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. Since this was my mom's house, I wanted to make sure the job was done well. Greg made my mom feel that she was an important customer. If our family ever has plumbing problems again, I will not hesitate in calling Cregger Plumbing.

I purchased it and then they came out and installed it. I think I was there and I talked to them. They said it depended on what it cost, what the best deal was. So, when I was there I got the deal that they recommended, which was the garbage disposal deal, I think. They were really good. They are very professional. You know how professional they were, the plumber had a plumber’s crack, that’s how professional. Like when you bend over, that’s a plumber! I give them an “A” on that. I have been using them for years. They are reasonable priced. If you have an emergency, they will come out right away and take care of you. The workers are good.

With all plumbing companies, all people should say I want a licensed plumber. They initially sent out a less experienced plumber and within an hour or two a more experienced plumber came to correctly complete the work.  I like that they rectified their mistake and I doubt they will do it again.

Great. I received 2 quotes, one from Home Depot and another from Cregger. Home Depot's quote was quite a bit more. Unfortunately Cregger did not have the exact water heater I needed. So I ended up buying it directly from Home Depot and Cregger's did the installation at a pretty reasonable price. Overall I saved almost 40% over what I would have paid at Home Depot. Service was professional and as promised.

First off, they were able to come out earlier than expected. I received a phone call to alert us and ensure that it would fit into my schedule. When they arrived I was greeted by Derrick. He was extremely professional. He took time to say hello to our new puppy and make her feel good about visitors. He helped us save money and time. His work was quick and quality. He has a genuine desire to do good work help the customers. They do not work on commission and this allowed him to work within our budget. I would recommend this great company and more specifically Derrick.

They were here 3 times. Each time they were here exactly when they said they would be and called prior to arrival. They took care to keep my home clean and also cleaned up after each job. I had 3 different plumbers out per 3 different jobs and all were extremely polite and professional. They explained exactly what they had done and have quoted me on some other items that I may be getting done in the near future.

Arrived on time, performed work correctly, was thorough and made sure no problems would ensue. Would hire again for the quality, but would insist on clear and accurate estimate up front. However, I feel the price was misrepresented on the phone. I had another quote from someone who couldn't come until evening. Cregger's phone quote was similar. I repeated the quote to my husband and to the rep while on the phone. The rep verified it, and I hired Cregger as they could get there sooner. The actual charge was almost 2x the quote. This was to clear 1 to 1.5 cups of veggies that went down the disposal too quickly. There was nothing unusual or additional in the work. It just needed to be snaked. The problem was as I described it on the phone. The person who performed the work stated they were an emergency service. If this means a higher or additional charge, it should have been disclosed up front. The work was performed on a Saturday afternoon. Charge was $335, after the coupon. Phone quote was around $175 to $200.

Part of pipe under sink was broken and had to be replaced. Water in sink was not draining and we had to hire a sewer professional to snake the pipes and get rid of tree roots. $350 for their work.

Cregger is exactly the type of company I will continue to work wiith. They showed up when they said they would and the work was completed efficiently. All staff I connected with were professional and nice.

Great work

I called Creeger's, they sent Keith out who has been to my house before and who I knew did a good job. He diagnosised the problem and replaced replaced the sump pump. The pump is working great and I avoided an expensive flooding problem. My bill was $495 and with the Special Angies's Discount coupon I save $89's and only paid $384. WooHoo!. We had a back yesterday, the usual place we use couldn't make it out and have been not solid lately. Cregger was able to come the same day, fixed the issue quickly, and were very nice to us and our dog. They even called the next day to make sure the issue didn't repeat. We found our new plumber

It was a job well done. Very pleased. Plumber was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, answered all questions, considerate of not tracking in dirt, cleaned up after. Used copper pipe and not pex. Put in a shut off valve. Put in a ?valve to stop any pipe noise/hammering to occur.

All went well.
