Plumber arrived on time, scheduling was easy, and work was done efficiently.

The office staff at Cregger was nice and efficient. I needed some general plumbing maintenance done, and I was given an appointment for the next business day. The plumber, Richard, arrived on time and got right to work. He checked the toilet, the inside plumbing leading to the hose bibs, and the outdoor hose bibs. He repaired the outside hose bibs, both in the front and back of the house, and then replaced the fillvalve in the toilet. The work was done quickly. Richard removed his shoes while in the house, and cleaned up after himself. He was very helpful, and answered any questions that I had. The final bill came to $240.00, however, I had purchased the $99 big deal for $200 worth of plumbing work, so I only owed a balance of $40.

Rich came out to install a kitchen faucet for us. He was a great guy. When he finished, I noticed the little Delta blue and red "plug" was not on the faucet and it looked unfinished to me. We looked in the manual and sure enough, there was supposed to be one on the faucet. He went to his supplier, got one and came back out to put it in. He was such a nice guy. I was very pleased with the service.

Work was done one time, professionally and with good feedback from service personal.

I called on a late Saturday morning and they were able to get to me within 2 hours. I called other plumbing companies and was told that they are closed and could not get someone out until Monday! Who wants to have an non-working bathroom sink that long! Thank you for you speedy response.

Late Saturday evening we discovered water backing up on the basement floor from the sewer line. At 9 a.m. on Sunday morning I called Cregger and the technician responded within an hour. He quickly assessed the problem and brought his machine into the home. He then snaked out the sewer line, cleaned up and left. He was very pleasant and informative. My drains have been running freely ever since.

I have had Cregger Plumbing come out to my home for the 4th time now. I've had quite a battle with roots in my sewer system but the team at Cregger worked diligently to get everything taken care of. They also use a camera and will show you where the back up is. They start every service call with a call asking if it's ok to send their worker out and have been very timely. Each person that has come out has been courteous, professional and very knowledgeable and they even clean up after themselves! Their price is fair and I believe they do the job "right" without charging you for unnecessary things unlike some of their local competitors.

I purchased this deal anticipating that I would need 200.00 or more of plumbing service. The deal I purchased was 99.00 for 200.00 of plumbing service. My rental property had a leaky pipe which appeared behind the wall and was dripping into the basement. I called the plumbing service after purchasing the deal from Angie?s List. The contractor came out when stated but I was to receive a call before they came so I can meet them there. They arrived and my tenant had to deal with them. According to my tenant he looked at the garbage disposal and stated they were putting to much in there and it was clogging the drain pipe. He ran water through and did not see the leak stating there was no issue. Total time on site was less than 20 minutes. I was charged 80.00 for the visit and was called when they left. I called the company to complain that 80.00 for noting was a poor deal. They were going to give me a 120.00 credit for the 200.00 of service that was to be performed. a week later we called the company again to address the same Issue. I stated that I should be credited the full 200 since we are still having the same issue. A new plumber came out and stated there was a connection issue to the main drain pipe in the wall and it would be a simple fix. I received a bill for 150.00 and would have to pay upfront. I refused and explained why I should not have to pay. The repair was made. Two weeks later the problem was still happening we called a new plumbing company. The problem was a rusted pipe behind the wall and the problems was repaired for 180.00. Overall cost to me was close to 300.00, would of been much more if I didn?t purchase the 1/2 off coupon from Angie?s list. I would never recommend this company. It was apparent they subcontract the plumbers and the plumbers need to knock out as much as possible as quick as possible. The second plumber I called that actually fixed issue was the owner of the company and was a complete change from previous vendors. Update 10/4/2012: The owner of the company called me this morning and wanted to speak to me first hand on my experience with the company. I explained what I experienced and the multiple visits to my rental property. I explained that even though it was a deal it still cost me money and time from work to be on site for the plumbers to fix an issue we explained. The owner expressed his oncerns and offered an apology for what happened and for my problem not being resolved. He explained his companies policies that is contractors were not subcontracted as I stated earlier or on commission that many of his employees have been with the company or over 10 years. He also stated that he would like to make this right. He offered me a refund of the 99.00 I purchased, I refused and stated I understand business and it still cost him money to send his crew out. I stated it was in the past almost a year now and I wrote if off. He was genially concerned that I be happy with the company and asked for my business again, he wanted me happy with the company regardless of past experience. He stated that he would refund the full coupon credit a value of 200.00 if I would give then another shot. I appreciate that! I stated that I own several rental properties and I need a dependable company I can trust. He told me they could be that company! He gave me his direct number to call him if I had any needs he also stated he would be on sight the next time I needed the company. Normally once I have a company I can rely on I tend to stick with them. Future needs may result in other posting. I purchased a big deal. Called them up and received an appt. in a timely manner. The staff was courteous and helpful. Richard showed up on time, did the work in a fair amount of time, was a genuinely good guy, and did a fine job of installation. I must admit I was ASTONISHED at the bill. We generally use another plumber whom we have always felt did good work for a good price. I purchased the big deal on a whim, and I do kind of wish I had just called our usual plumber. But I really can't complain about anything as I didn't ask for an estimate. Lesson learned, and as I said they did a fine job otherwise.

Dave came out for a call regarding a plumbing clean out and toilet reseal. I started smelling that sewer line smell in the basement so I knew it was time to clean the line out. He and his partner snaked the clean out and advised me to wait on the reseal since I was considering replacing the toilet in a few months. I appreciated his advice so that I wouldn't have to pay for pulling the toilet twice. He gave me a quote for a later date on replacing the toilet I asked him to come back a few days later because I was now smelling the sewer smell in my bathroom. Dave came back at his earliest available appointment and advised me the odor might be coming from the toilet seal and that it would go away once I had that work done, which made sense. While he was there I asked him to look at my two bathroom drains which were draining too slowly. He said he could snake them and did a great job. While the work seemed on the upper end cost-wise I was happy with it. Having the big deal coupon helped bring the final price down to something I was more comfortable with. I tried this company because of the Angie's list reviews and coupon. Now I have a plumber that I can trust. Dave was friendly, smart and efficient, which I appreciated. I felt comfortable asking him questions and didn't feel the pressure you sometimes feel when making home repair decisions. The ladies setting up the appointments were kind, concerned, prompt and helpful. All around it was a very good experience.

David - the plumber was very pleasant. He did a very good job of unstopping the kitchen sink. He arrived in time, but left to get another tool for sink. He came back an hour later and told me he had stopped by another clients house to look at new job!!

They did a great job. The toilet and face plates that they installed I bought on my own. when they installed the toilet and face plates it was to big. my shower door wouldn't open becuase it was to big. The clean up was good.

I called Cregger plumbing a day before my Great Deal was to expire, they said not to worry, that they would honor my deal. They came out and gave me a estimate, I scheduled a time that was convenient for me. They came on that scheduled date and on time and completed the job. They were professional and accommodating and did a fantastic job.

Service technician examined faucets in need of repair ( two full bathrooms, one half bathroom), explained repairs needed and completed recommended work.

Went really well... Greg came in scoped the work and got it done fast. Replaced the old valve with a ball valve - a very nice upgrade.
