My drains were clean and they showed me a picture of that. I am happy to know the status of my drains.

when I called these people I already know what I needed to have the drains open up. the drain at the bath room pipe in the basement needed replacing. He (the tech) dumbie up like whats and started cleaning the drains after completion he said that is the best he could do and that the drain for bathroom in the basement needed replacing. The same thing I told the person that I had contactedat this service Then the dude gave me a quote for repair of 285.00. I don't think so and I had a credit left over from this so called deal of 145.00 dollars. This was a waste of 99.00 or whatever I paid for the deal. Never again will I use these people

The guy came over on a Saturday promptly and fixed the problem. He was professional and honest as well as conscientious- the key elements of quality services.

Richard came out on Monday and discussed what needed to be done and provided an estimate. He was on time and very friendly and professional. I called the office after he left and scheduled the work to be done the following day. Richard was back out on time and got to work and completed the job. It wasn't a complicated job, but was done quickly and seems to be done well.

I called to have plumbing checked and a new toilet installed. A representative arrived, determined our needs and gave us a quote. We elected to go with a less expensive competitor and were pleased with the result.

Our faucets had been draining slower and slower and our storm drain was backing up and overflowing into the basement while we were doing laundry. I was worried that we were having an airflow problem or that another plumber had incorrectly upgraded our plumbing. It turns out that the airflow is not the problem and that the pipes just needed to be snaked. However, the plumber did show me and and explain to me how the work the initial plumber (not an Angie's List plumber) had incorrectly connected the kitchen sink, dishwasher and laundry washer to the storm drain. He snaked the pipes at each end of the house and everything is draining very well. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. I will definitely call Cregger again as I start to untangle the mess that is my plumbing.

They came out for an estimate and I wanted them to move a gas line. During the estimate it was determined that they would not be able to move the gas line in a way I would be happy with it so we ended up going another direction with the project and I got a refund from Angie's List.

I bought the following Angie's list Big Deal: $200 worth of plumbing for $119. The job I had required an additional $50 charge. When I called to schedule the work, I was able to get a quick appointment. The service man arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. I explained the work that I needed done. He told me it would cost an additional $50. I agreed, and he completed the job. He did a good job and left the work area as clean as he found it. I was very pleased.

It went well. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. The drain in particular was at a difficult spot to get to and they handled it well.

I got an estimate and was told in detail what would be done. The plumber showed up on time and did a wonderful job (just like he described). The cost ended up being on the higher end of his estimate but I can't complain about the finished product. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have had Cregger Plumbing and Sewer out to my house several times as I had a sewer line that was full of roots. Cregger is great for high availability and promptness. They have 24/7 emergency service and always arrive on time or give you a call prior to arriving so you are not sitting and waiting anxiously all day. I understand that a snake is only a temporary fix as it only punches through the roots in the line, and after they performed their services they recommended copper sulfate a.k.a Root Kill to discourage root growth. In response to my original review I was contacted by Cregger Plumbing and my negative experience was addressed. I had a 90 day warranty from this service which was not initially honored on a follow up service. 90 day warranties on roots in the sewer are uncommon because it is hard to gauge the rate of root growth. Cregger Plumbing is standing by the 90 day warranty and is refunding my follow up service call. Also as a result of this particular visit, my basement freezer and roughly $250 of food was lost when the freezer that was unplugged to make room for the snake equipment was not plugged back in. In response to this I have been given a credit for future service, emergency or otherwise to offset my losses. I greatly appreciate the efforts to rectify my negative experience and based on the way this was handled, I will continue to give Cregger Plumbing calls when I have need of their services. For this experience I have increased my overall grade from a D to a B as a result of this interaction.

It went well. They showed up when they said and did a complete job.

Plumber cracked granite counter top while installing new sink. Cregger management responded promptly and replaced broken granite and finished job promptly and professionally without additional cost.

i'm sorry. it's been quite a while so i really don't remember. i just know that it was fixed and fixed very well.

Called w/emergency water leak in bathroom and basement. Did a thorough examination to ensure the problem was fixed. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will definitely call on them again and will pass their name on to friends/family.

I trust Gregg, follow his advice and he does great work.

So my husband decided to attempt a repair to a shower faucet late Saturday afternoon. He couldn't complete the repair to the hot faucet, and it was stuck in the 'on' position. We had to shut all the hot water off until the repair was made. We called Cregger that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Derek communicated well so we knew just when to expect him. He came in and fixed the faucet, rebuilt the other side as a preventative measure, gave us a lead to obtain a part with his supplier, and was very nice and professional over all. Thanks for a good job!

The man came, ran the camera, snaked one drain. Tried to snake the main basement drain. Had no tools to unscrew the cover. Told me I needed an $1100.00 enlargement done for a larger snake or it would flood again. I opted out. It never flooded again (the whole city flooded at that time). He did not replace the trap covers or explain why I needed the big opening done to my basement floor(not traps) since he never got the 4 inch drain cover off in the first place to use a bigger snake. He never used a bigger one on the main drain either. Couldn't figure out why the outside drain would be clear but the inside might need a major snaking. The guy was slow, lazy and not happy to be there. Sorry. I paid for both storm and reg. snake, but he didn't want to bother. Only did one. Had to get a refund from you.

The service guy came and checked our toilets. He was here about an hour. He snaked out the toilets. He told us that one possibly two needed replacing. He was very knowledgeable about which toilets were good and those to stay away from. The surprising part was that after all of that, He did not charge us a penny. We will definitely be calling Cregger Plumbing again.

If I need plumbing services , I will call.

Great service. I had 2 trucks and 2 plumbers come to handle the job. One installed the kitchen faucet while the other got to work on taking out the old toilets. Job took @ 4 hours and was done with no issues or hastles. Work looks great and they cleaned up all the old toilets and boxes from the new ones (which I had bought to be installed).

Everything went fine.

With a three hour appointment window, the plumber called shortly after 9am and left a message. I returned the call less than 5 minutes later only to discover they left the house and would not return that day as I missed the appointment. REALLY? 5 minute delay and this plumber turns down business?!? Needless to say the $400 business went to Al's Plumbing in Detroit who completed the work that same day. Thank you Al's Plumbing and Creggar Plumbing, shame on your professionalism.
