The technicians arrived on time, were very polite and pleasant. They investigated the situation and fully explained their findings, answered all my question and got right to work. The work was completed to satisfaction, and I will call this company again if the need arises.

Company was contacted for an appointment. Did a great job working with our tight schedule. Greg arrived on time, fixed issues in a timely manner. He was very polite and respectful, and gladly gave estimates on some future work.

Derek Mackie of Cregger Mechanical Systems, Inc. arrived on time and reviewed my problems. He then explained what he could do and warned me because of the age of the pipes further work may be needed. However, he was able to make repairs as explained and at price quoted. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional and I was very happy that I purchased the deal from Angie's List. I will definately use Cregger again when the situation arises.

They provided a clear estimate, came in a timely manner per the appointment, and installed the faucet with no issues. I would definitely recommend them again and will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

My experience overall was very pleasant. The work was done quickly and the area was left clean.

The evaluation was honest and simple. Not to mention a big difference from the first company that said they wanted to dig up half of my back yard! The company arrived on time. The work was noisy, obviously due to type of work performed. They finshed all of this in about 5 hours. They patched up the area with smooth concrete. They even swept and wiped the stairs of all the mud that was left from the work. There was nothing left for me to clean. Very good work overall.

The master plumber Kevin did the work. This guy is a real professional and after I explained what was going on he seemed to diagnode the proiblem very quickly. He pointed out some issues that I was not aware of that he explained thoroughly. I quickly became comfortable that I was getting an honest and detailed analysis of what was wrong and what had to be done. I have done enough plumbing myself to know that this job was beyond what I could do, and I thought that given the age of the house that this was a pure nightmare of a job. I choked a little when he told me $400-$500 for the repair, but after I saw what he did to fix my issues I was thrilled with the work and with the final price of $390 for everything. I can recommend this outfit without reservation. They are very professional, they care about their reputation, and they left everything clean and in 100% working condition. I am thankful for Angie's list to help me find such a great plumber in an area new to me that I probably would not have found on my own. Nice work all around.

My waterheater had stopped working properly. The pilot light would not stay lit. I called the office and was told I would be the first call of the day. The plumber arrived promptly. He quickly removed the old tank. Then he installed the new one. He cleaned up the entire area when the job was completed. The old tank was hauled away. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I was disappointed that he didn't finish the job.

They completed the project in one day, which was great since we couldn't use our water! They had to cut part of our concrete patio, but removed several of the big pieces for us so we didn't have to deal with them. We were impressed with their professionalism, both when they came to give us the quote and the day they were doing the work. Only good things to say!

The plumber took the extra time to explain the problem and suggest a program to stop the drain from clogging up in the future.

Did basement then kitchen sink. Made both connections fit properly, then ran Water then checked for leaks.

I had previously hired other plumbers to come in and fix my toilet because it always ran. The problem kept coming back, but he was able to fix it flawlessly so that it no longer runs. The work went well. He did a great job in general. He got the height correct for the safety bars in my shower. I was worried about that because of my specific height but he got it spot on. He did a wonderful job in cleaning up his work area. I had not worked with him before but was very pleased with the job he did and would recommend him for others to get similar work done.

I am very pleased with Cregger's servce. The plumber, Kevin Hollander, always showed up on time, and was very professional. He always explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and was very courteous. He was very upfront on the costs of the repairs that we discovered were needed. I appreciated the fact that I could request that Kevin be the plumber sent to the repeat visits, and they were very flexible in the scheduling to meet my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Came out promptly to give estimate and completed work one week later.

They have done everything from back flow inspections for my outdoor faucets to installing a sleeve in my pipes from basement drain to road becuase of tree roots (requiring excavation of my back yard) and interior plumbing

It was very hot that day and the space the plumber had to work in was less than two feet from the wall. The plumber was a bigger guy and it was very hot and cramped work. He sweated a lot and was exhausted by the time he finally got the new drain pipe to stop leaking. He didn't want to do the leak in the little cold water line because it wasn't leaking then and hadn't for a few days. He thought as long as it wasn't leaking why mess with it. I wanted it done because I didn't want to pay another service call and plumber to have someone come back out again later. But it was hot and so I just let it go. I was a little disapointed in that, but the main thing was fixed and so I was happy. I couldn't do laundry because of the cracked pipe and now I could. The little cold water line still drips occasionally, but nothing that bugs me enough to call someone out to fix it.

everything went great. the plumber was prompt and took care of the problem. it's been about 11 months since this work was completed and we haven't had any additional problems with the pipe or the any of the plumbing in that bathroom.

The work was prompt and well explained. We would recommend this company again for plumbing work.

Overall, although it took 2 visits and a little extra money, I am satisfied with the service.

The plumber was prompt, quickly removed the old copper line and installed the new gas line. I was very pleased with the service. I also purchased the $119 Big Deal for $200 of plumbing work from Cregger. That experience went very well too!

when I called these people I already know what I needed to have the drains open up. the drain at the bath room pipe in the basement needed replacing. He (the tech) dumbie up like whats and started cleaning the drains after completion he said that is the best he could do and that the drain for bathroom in the basement needed replacing. The same thing I told the person that I had contactedat this service Then the dude gave me a quote for repair of 285.00. I don't think so and I had a credit left over from this so called deal of 145.00 dollars. This was a waste of 99.00 or whatever I paid for the deal. Never again will I use these people
