The plumber replaced a part in the faucet.

They did a good job. They cleaned up the yard, but I do still need to hire a landscaper to repair the turf where they dug. They do not do grading or landscaping. They stuck to their estimate and they notified me about what the condition of the lawn would be prior to digging.

The company came out to give an estimate which was high. I had the work done by someone else.

They did a fine job, but they are very expensive. I would not use them again.

I had pulled the refrig out to clean behind. The plastic tubing must have cracked when I pushed it back in and leaked. I used the Angie's List coupon of $111 for $200 worth of work. The total price was $300 which I thought a little pricey, but with the coupon, $211 was more reasonable. Kevin did the work and was very good and check other things as well, giving me estimates. He is one of the owners and is a Master Plumber. He knew what he was doing. As others have said, my only complaint was his dirty hands and dirty clothes. He left dirty, oily marks on the handles of the refrig which he said he would clean when I pointed it out; I said I would do it (I didn't realize it was that hard to get off). Also, I think they should bring their own rags, towels, receptacles to catch the soddering drips, etc.. These are the reasons I gave them a "B" for professionalism. Other than that, I think they are great and I trust them.

All work was done quickly and professionally. When Derek came out to do the initial evaluation, he told us of the deal on Angie's list to save us a bit on the work. He didn't have to do that. We'll use Cregger Mechanical Systems again should we have any other plumbing related problems.

I was getting water in the basement and getting the drains snake was just one process in the problem solving. The drains were clear, turned out it was a landscaping grade leveling problem. The guy that came out was nice. We could not find the main drain that goes out to the road ( I found it after he left) Thought he should've known that. Don't know.

This company did a great job. I would recommend them to others.

When our sprinkler company came out to turn on the system, they informed us that we would have to replace the leaky valves, but didn't have the equipment to do it. So, with some time to consider alternatives, I took to Angie's List and started looking for highly rated plumbers. I came across Cregger Plumber & Sewer. My very positive experience with this company started from the moment I called and spoke with Emily. She quickly answered my questions in a friendly and professional manner and scheduled an appointment for us with Derek, owner and master plumber. Derek came the very next day, showing up right on schedule. He very quickly and pleasantly fixed the issue and saved us the time and additional (unnecessary) expense of replacing all the valves. There's no doubt I'll hire them again and I'll also tell all my friends/family. Thank you, thank you to Derek and Emily!

Our 5-year-old water heater suddenly sprang a leak, and Cregger came promptly within a few hours of our call. The two-man crew removed the old tank from the basement, brought in and installed a new one, and they cleaned up the area and checked for leaks before leaving. They were professional and efficient, and we are completely satisfied with their work.

We recently hired Cregger to replace our water heater and we quite pleased with their work, so when the laundry room drain overflowed, we immediately called them again. The technician was pleasant and professional, and he studied the situation carefully and described all of the options. He opened a stack base in the basement, plunged the laundry room sink, and was able to clear the back-up with minimal intervention. He gave lots of good advice about ways to prevent future back-ups. We are experiencing much relief from a rather chronic problem with minimal investment of time and money - much appreciated!

Good quick install in 2 hours and we we up and running. All went well, paying later by phoning in my credit card after I got home and check out the work. Used the Angie $111 for $200 to save $89 additionally. Would call again and use them again.

Needed drain line cleaned out. Came out the first time and cleaned it. Still had issues. told me there was a problem outside by the road. Said it could be expensive to fix. Would have to dig it out maybe. So they Said they would come back out to clean out again an use camera to see what was going on. He showed up with no equipment. Or that is what he said to me and said he would have to come back. I said forget it. Big red flag when they dont show up to a job without their tools. Stay away from them. I had a different company come out and they fixed it right away. So save your money and go with the other guy. Wish I could get my money back from Cregger

Very professional. Stopped by on time and completed the work. Would definitely use them again.

My husband tried to replace a bathtub faucet on a Sunday, and ended up making a bigger mess of things than when he had started (the main shut-off valve to the house had sprung a leak!). We called Cregger based on AL reviews, and spoke to the dispatcher. Nearly immediately, a plumber called us back and talked my husband through how to fix the valve temporarily, and then made an appointment for Monday - saving us the expense of a Sunday emergency call. We were so pleased with Cregger that when we had sewer issues the following week we called them again.

I had the company come out to give me a quote on replacing a sump pump however I did not go though with the installation. Overall very pleasant experience.

I didn't expect to be charged over a $100 for a 1-minute job. It should have been for less for a senior. He was in and out in about 5 minutes, but I would recommend the company because the president did call me and spoke with me personally. It was a complete misunderstanding. It is very important to any customer that the president would call because of a misunderstanding. He handled my problem and personally spoke with me. I did not contact him first and I he did apologize for it. He offered to refund us and do additional plumbing services and personally do them himself. I explained to him I have so many experiences with different companies and I feel that he treated this situation very well.

They did a good job, but what I really appreciated is they able to come out the day I called. They did a follow-up call to make sure that everything was working fine. When they called, they reiterated that there was a 6 month guarantee on service. They also recommended work be done on my garbage disposal in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Went very well. The technician did a very good job. Definitely would hire them again for future plumbing work.
