Free estimate was quick. Staff professional & pleasant. Work was done quickly - less time than estimated. Cleaned up the work area leaving things as found if not better. Coordination with City for water shut off was smooth as well. I would certainly use Cregger's again and refer to friends and family!

They were very helpful on the phone and when the plumber came out, he was detailed, knowledgeable and courteous. The cost came in at the estimate, which is always nice. We would happily use them again.

I have used this company before and have always been happy with the work they do. It was quick and painless in working with Derek to determine what we needed in a water heater, and then when it came time to do the work they were professional, on time, and were very efficient in replacing the water heater. No drama and no issues, just good work. I also recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing services performed.

It was fine. We got the problem fixed right away and it has been fixed ever since. I was very happy with their service. It turned out to be much more expensive. The price was not unreasonable for what they did. There were no problems with scheduling them. I actually have used them again for our business. The plumber was very professional and very clean. He was courteous of my time. He did not smell of smoke and he was very aware of my house and that I needed to keep the areas clean. He was very polite. And that is why we used them also for our business. I didn't think he was the plumber when he came to my door, he was clean shaved and he was very professional looking. He was very clean in his clothing. Usually they come in this big oversize everything and haven't shaved in three days. He didn't look like that at all.

No issues with installation and water heater works perfectly

They came exactly on time. There were no issues. They fixed the problems and we were happy with the service. When I made the appointment, I forgot to tell them that it was a coupon and the guy was a little disappointed.

They did well. They did a good job and I was very pleased their performance. He was knowledgeable and he gave me some good advice. He cleaned up after himself.

This has been a recurring problem that had been "fixed" by another plumbing service less than a month before. Mike Cregger (it's a familly business) was terrific, he cleared the line but then also ran the snake long enough to remove the grease buildup so it wont plug again. He suggested I run a product called MAIN LINE CLEANER directly into the sewer branch coming from the kitchen for two nights in a row and then follow with an Enzime type cleaner every 3 to 4 weeks into the kithen sink. Mike was professional, his work was clean and he took the time to explain how I should maintain that drain to avoid another plumber's bill.

It went well,the whole process took a little longer than I would have liked but all in all I'm happy with the service and I would recommend them.

I got water in my basement after heavy rains. The plumber found a blockage and snaked it and it has been fine since. I h ave very good luck with Creggers and they are the only plumbing service I use now.

I have used Cregger once before and they did such a great job I called them back again to re-install a toilet after we tiled the bathroom floor. They were, as usual, prompt, courteous and did a great job. I know we will have other plumbing work to be done and we will call them again without a doubt!! They're great!

They came out to give me an estimate and quoted the job at costing $325.00 (approximately). I called 3 other master plumbers and received quotes from $75.00-$120.00. I felt this deal was a bait and switch scenario and went with someone else to do the work.

Wanted to make sure that plumbing work was not the issue in my basement and Derek, the master plumber, was the right person to assist me with making that determination. Whenever I need plumbing work, I will only call Derek.

The service turned out great. They were very punctual and we were very happy the service.

Mike was prompt responsible and courteous. He was also knowledgable and honest. I would have no hesitation calling Cregger again or recommending them to a freind.

They came the first time to do an estimate, the guy was very nice, let him know that I wanted to job done and the next time they were supposed to come they said they forgot about us. Then I called them and asked why no one showed up, I got put on hold, then they said they found out the first guy was supposed to be there. Found out that guy was sick and they weren't aware of that so they sent someone else out. The new guy who eventually came out made some mistakes that he had to come back and fix. These mistakes were frustrating.

The plumber was very professional, pleasant, efficient, and the job was exactly what I wanted. But be careful to understand that the dispatcher will call just before the plumber is released to go to your job. If you do not answer the phone, the plumber is sent to the next job. That was almost a huge problem but I caught it in time.

The plumber who came out did an excellent job, kept me informed through the entire process and even went to find the correct parts to fix a 1970's toilet that was constantly running. Very knowledgeable and efficient worksmaship.

These guys were great. Half the estimate I got from another company. They did a great job. I will be hiring them for more work in the future and will refer them to friends.

From the initial phone call, to the final service completion, I was very satisfied with Cregger. On the day of the service, I missed the phone call by 10 minutes. When I called back, they were able to re-route the plumber back to my house, which I very much appreciated since it's tough to block out whole chunks of your day for a service call. The master plumber (Dennis) was on time and incredibly accommodating. He did the work well, and was very friendly in the process, allowing me (a single woman homeowner) to observe & learn a bit along the way. He even helped me with price, by making me aware of some coupons online, which I ended up using. I would definitely use Cregger Plumbing again!

Cregger Plumbing and Sewer's service was very good. Their price was fair. We would use the company again in the future. We have used them, as a matter of fact. Whichever job it was, it was a repeat. We've had them before that one.
