Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

The services provided to us by Cregger Plumbing & Sewer worked out very well. They arrived on time. They changed the sump pump quickly. The only problem was that, when the guy did it, he didn't adjust it well, so it was vibrating. And I called them back and a couple of days later, they came back and fixed and now it's working fine.

I received a phone call the day before and the morning of appointment date. Dennis was right on time and a very nice guy.It was a pleasure to have a friendly repairman who explained what was needed and a few other tidbits along the way concerning my home!! Be aware that they are $$$ but well worth the money!!! Will certainly use Cregger again!!! Was also informed by Dennis that Cregger provides other services besides Plumbing

Originally thought that the entire drain from the house to the city line would have to be replaced. After digging out the section near the house it became evident that the line was going in a different direction. We asked them to inspect the line with their camera. We thought that we would end up having to clean out the line, but they told us that the line was not obstructed enough to worry about, that it was draining OK, and a complete clean out was not really needed. We decided to get the section near the house repaired and saved the money. We were able to use our coupon which saved us a little money. So instead of spending a couple of thousand dollars we spent a couple of hundred plus the coupon. The only issue we had was that we had to wait a couple of weeks for them to come out after the initial appointment to do the work. It was not a big deal, and they were very good about keeping the appointment and getting the work done. They were a good company to work with, and we thought very honest in their evaluation of what really needed to be done.

From the beginning i was concerned about plumbing estimates. Well, I was wrong! The estimate was exactly what was quoted and the work was done on time and in a proffessional manner. I was surprised how good the experience was during the work period. This compand came, quoted, tore out, installed, and cleaned up the work area better than any company that has done work in my home! Very good experience..

They were on time and very professional. Because I had to use my insurance company's recommendation, I had to seek a refund.

Kevin showed up at the appointed time. The job was performed in a expeditious manner with no major issues. Kevin was friendly and professional. He will be here again to do the 2nd floor bathroom sink waste line. Report back later!

I guess it turned out okay. I wasn't there when the work was done, my fiance was and it's working fine. I have no complaints. I know he bought the sump pump, so I guess that would be additional. I don't know how much it was, but she thought it was a little expensive but we needed it done and I wasn't there. They came out really quick, that was a quick service whether it was outstanding, I don't know but I looked up the worked and it looks good to me. If it was an emergency, I would use them but otherwise I would just shop around.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. The man was very nice, very informative, and it was the first time in 7 years that I have lived in this house that some actually explained to me why I needed the sump pump. I got him off Angie's List and appreciated that, and he told me about the big deal, which was wonderful. He was very good. It was my first time to use him.

Well we thought initially that we wanted a tankless water heater which are very expensive, but when they came to give us an estimate, we told them that the reason was because our we would not have enough hot water to fill the bathtub. He looked at our water heater and said that if we replaced it with a similar water heater it would work fine, that it was just the old water heater was worn out. After looking at our setup ( we live in a small condo) he said the way the tankless hot water heater would have to be set up (for code purposes) we would not be able to put in a tankless hot water heater anyway, without some major changes. We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something we did not need, even though it would have meant more money for him. We went with the same kind of water heater. He said we didn't need to replace the AC but we decided it would be cheaper to do them at the same time. They came when they said they would, got it done and cleaned up afterward. It took the better part of a day. They only complaint is that one of the workers forgot to put the set down on the toilet, lol, but other than that it was a great experience. The coupon off of Angie's list came in handy too.

Things went perfect. He was very neat, and got no water on the floor. He did not needs buckets, he was very clean and efficient. I did not dislike anything about it, I couldn't find anything to compain about if I tried. His name was David. I will definitely use him again if need be. He was in and out. The price was reasonable too.

Cregger arrived promptly, a**** the problem quickly, and fixed the toilet completely within an hour or so. I have not had any problems with the toilet since.

Excellent. Derek was very pleasant and professional. He started working right away and worked the entire time. After the new faucet and disposal were installed he did a complete check and test of everything. He noticed that the disposal sounded awfully loud for the type it was so he continued to look into what was going on. He ended up putting ice cubes in it and ran it for 30 seconds or so and that corrected the problem. Derek did a wonderful job cleaning up both the floor and under the sink. He even offered to take e old disposal and boxes to get rid of them. A+ effort. I wish everybody put as much effort and exhibited a positive attitude as Derek did. It was very refreshing to see. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

They were very professional, informative and very courteous. They left nothing behind and cleaned up after themselves very well. I talked to three other plumbing companies and their price was the most fair and honest! I would absolutely hire them again.

Plumber arrived at agreed time. Was very clean brought drop cloths to keep areas clean. Mentioned he moved more items away from area of work to keep it clean. Mentioned what he found. Also made suggestions to help keep sewer main clean.

In anticipation of purchasing a Big Deal from Angie's List, I had called the company to come out and give me an estimate on some plumbing work. While I was far from ecstatic about being given a 4 hour window during which someone would be out, I went ahead and scheduled with them anyway because of their great reviews. I was told that someone would call when they were 30 minutes away. Due to the large window and the distance between my workplace and home, it was necessary for me to take off work in order to meet the person doing the estimate. Approximately 20 minutes from the end of the window time, I called the company to find out when/if someone would be out. I was quickly transferred to someone who sounded like the office manager and told that they had not been able to reach me at the number they took down. It turns out they copied my area code as 586 instead of 517. So, they had no longer planned to meet with me on this day since they hadn't been able to contact me. The woman I spoke with asked if there was another day next week that we could reschedule to. Since, I could not afford to take more time away from work, I asked if she could send someone out after 5pm some day. The woman acknowledged the human error, but said that they didn't do estimates after 5pm. I pointed out that 586 and 517 weren't very similar and that I'd already taken one day off from work. She offered to put me on a first call list for one day next week, but their first appointment of the day isn't until 9am, which would still overlap with my workday. The woman I spoke with apologized for the error more than once throughout the conversation. However, her unwillingness to bend their "normal hours for giving estimates" to remedy the situation leaves a bad impression.

He is a real nice guy. I think he did a pretty good job.

The plumber was conservative in his actions originally however, greater repairs and parts were required. The owner can out the second or third time. Unhappy with the inconvenience for multiple viisits, she was not unhappy with the price. They did what was needed to be done.

It was very good! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. This was the first time I used them. There was nothing bad. It was all good as far as I'm concerned.

I called Cregger Plumbing in the morning, and by the end of the day, I had a new water heater. The office and service personnel were courteous and professional. The work was completed timely. This is the second time I've used Cregger Plumbing. Both times, I was pleased with the service and the price.

Randy and Kevin did a great job. I will definately be using this company for all of our plumbing needs. Very straight forward and the both Randy and Kevin were very professional. Thank you for a job well done!

Plummer was on time, very professional and did an excellent job. Only complaint was that they quoted the job on a project basis and estimated it would take 2-3 hours. Job barely took an hour and the price was still the same.

The service turned out well. I have used them through Angie's List before and this is the third time I have used them. The service is good. They did what they said they were going to do. They gave a little credit on the big deal purchase.

Dave was good worker. None of these repaird required brain surgeon. I had Angie's List coupon worth $200 ( I paid $99). Nowhere did it state I was to be charged another $100 service charge. This took all the air out of this BIG deal. Do homework on these BIG deals. I have used Angie's List before (not BIG deal) and have been very satisfied.
