Contact at the office in Ferndale was excellent. Scheduled appointment convienent for me and plumber arrived on time and was friendly professional and technically sound. This was the third time we have used Cregger Plumbing and it was again very good value and service. They did our septic to sewer excavation and hook up last year and have been out to service in house plumbing now twice. Great people to work with and better service! We will call them again.

Technician came out and instead of doing work, gave an estimate for the work. The estimate to connect a laundry tub drain was $400. That is absurd so, I did not use the company.

The 1st visit was fine. They determined it was a cracked pipe. They said they needed to come back to give an estimate on replacement. The second visit seemed unnecessary and definitely inconvenient.

They showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. They did a good job with the switching of the hardware with no issues and no mess.

It went well. I called late at night after discovering that the sump pump was beginning to deposit water in the basement. I asked if they could come out that night, and they said that they could but it would be less expensive if it could wait until the morning. We agreed that the morning would be ok, and they were out promptly, first thing. Professional, friendly, clean. The only thing that I have recently questioned is if I actually needed a new one. I probably did, because it was several years old, but it was brought to my attention (when I was with someone on the side of my house regarding another matter) that perhaps the outside sump pump pipe had been frozen causing the water to back up. (Another company installed the original pump and from what I was told by this other person, the pipe is not at an angle where it can actually drain and rid itself of water....therefore could freeze. And it is buried under the soil.) I do not know if this was checked before the new sump pump was installed. However, I used Cregger at a later date for something else and would call them again.

I had a kitchen sink & disposal that needed to be replaced. The quality of the installation was sub par. There was an attitude of get it done with no regard for fit & finish.

Everything went fine. Quick and painless and fixed issues that previous installer screwed up.

Fixed the loose drain which caused a leak on the ceiling below the tub.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Cregger plumbing. When the problem resurfaced approximately a week later, they returned with two workers- one of which actually had to go down into the manhole to rectify the problem and I was never charged another penny. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was a nice guy, did the job for a reasonable rate.

The repairs were done in a timely manner and the areas were left neat and clean. The plumber was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. Everything works great! We had requested some additional work regarding the replacement of some bathroom faucet water cartridges and shutoff valves, but it was just too costly to pursue. This would have been an additional $450, which is like buying a new sink practically.

It was okay. They came out within a week but they couldn't finish the job the same day and they had to come back.

Cregger Plumbing & Sewer was not bad. It seemed pretty expensive for what the coupon stated but I kind of figure that was going to happen. He basically did everything what we needed to do. I spent another $45 on op of the coupon rates. They were quick, that was the biggest thing.

They were very responsive and followed up in a timely manner. I had a question regarding the bill and they were very responsive with helping getting that resolved as well. I'd use them again in the future.

Work was done quickly and well. It hurts to pay the high price for plumbing repairs, but is worth not doing it yourself if the job is done well. Both repairs were not able to be completed on the same day and the whole team worked with me to find a day to do the second repair when I wouldn't have to be overnight without water. My water bill this month will be much lower!

The plumber came on time, described what was needed, returned quickly with the parts, and installed them . Even though this was not an emergency, response time was good, and the work was done neatly.

Cregger was very professional regarding the installations. The original toilet was damaged (not Creggers fault) and they werer very effective in finding a replacement and reworking their schedule to install in a timely fashion. Good guys.

Everything went very well. It took about 3 hours from start to finish and it works great.

The plumbers replaced a 50 year old toilet in my basement and replaced an old iron drum trap from my tub. The job was well done and I am satisfied with the professionalism of the two plumbers that showed up. They ended up making two visits though. So, I took a day off of work not knowing that they come out the first visit to inspect and evaluate the job. They wrote up a work order and I had to call for another day to get the job completed. This was disappointing since getting time off to stay home during the day is hard for me. This was several weeks later. Perhaps this is how all companies do this but I had dripping plumbing that had to stay that way until I could get another day off. I'm just conveying this so you can plan it better than I did. The plumbers were good and efficient. There was a senior guy paired with an apprentice ?? they worked together and replaced the trap first and then checked the water flow from the tub. This was a good thing because it still flowed slow even after the trap was replaced. They snaked further down stream and found a clog at the stack. Great. They then replaced the toilet that I supplied. That went well and I am happy to get rid of the old leaking toilet. They also disposed for the toilet and boxes. Great. I mention this because we had our upstairs toilet replaced recently and used the big box store's installers. The big box store wanted another $45.00 to haul away the old toilet ( I didn't pay for it and they took it anyway). This was not an extra charge with this company. Price. This was a Big Deal purchase, I think for 99.00 you get 200.00 worth of work. It was a pretty good deal I guess albeit the job was expensive I felt. The break down was 245.00 for the trap replacement and 225.00 for the toilet install (supplied by me). Therefor with the 99.00 cost of the job and a 200.00 discount I was all in at about 370.00 dollars. It seemed a little high for about 1.5 hrs of work. Bottom line is they did an excellent job. It is over a year later and I have had no problems. I would hire Cregger plumbing again, I trust they are reputable. I would however get a couple/ few quotes first. I only did it this way because of the Angies List purchase. Yes, I would recommend them.

They came out and said they needed to flush the system but didn't have the required supplies or manpower to do it then. We scheduled another appointment and they did this. I'm sure it was a good thing to have done, but it did not end up fixing the problem. They then said to use a cleaner to clean out the pipes which we had to go buy ourselves at the hardware store. The problem still persists today.

The first plumber snaked the drain and went to the other room and checked that as well. The next time I ran my washing machin it backed up. I called immediately and asked them to send someone else. Their response was great. They offered to send someone on the weekend if I didn't want to wait until Monday. That was not necessary. When the next plumber came, he not only snaked the drain, he saw a clean out that was under my wash tub, about 3 feet away from the problem drain that the other plumber did not see. He snaked that all the way to the curb, and then ran the washer and let it drain to make sure the issue was resolved. The first man did not do that. I was very happy with their follow up, only feel the original plumber should have checked the drainage and saw that there was a clean out opening so close to the problem.

Cregger Plumbing and Sewer arrived at our home within the window block of time provided. They were professional and courteous throughout the process of of the work done. They addressed each plumbing concern efficiently and answered all of our questions without hesitation. They even hauled away our old utility tub which was in pretty bad shape which was a bonus! We asked for an estimate on some other work we around the house at a later time as we were quite happy with their work!
