It was a very good experience. Dave arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He listened to me explain the situation, and quickly went to work. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I hired a handyman to install a utility sink and connect it to my washing machine. The handyman did a horrible job so I called Cregger who sent someone the same day to fix the problem. It was a quick job and now I can do laundry again.

They arrived on time, and worked professionally cutting out the floor, then installing new drainlines, recementing the floor and cleaned up so that you didn.t know they were even there. The second day they installed the water & connecting drain lines. They will be back when we are ready for all of the hook-ups for the toilet, shower & vanity. It was amazing how fast and efficient they accomplished the tasks.

OK. Polite and on time. Could not address plumbing concern with pipes for jetted tub. Referred me to tub manufacturer.

I noticed a problem with the leaking water heater yesterday .and called a different company who couldn't come out for 3 days. It was clear today that the leak was much worse and that it could not wait 2 more days. The young lady who answred my call was very helpful and arranged to get Jimmy out to my house the same day. Jimmy showed me the problem, and as soon as his partner arrived with a new water heater and parts, the work was completed in just over 2 hours. They cleaned up removed the old water heater. Right now I am brewing up a shower! Jimmy over delivered on his promises and the cost was lower that it could have been, My only concern was that the cost of water heaters was quoted before anyone was sent out. I have a little concern that there was not going to be any attempt to fix my water heater. However, I do feel that the water heater I have now is a better quality product with brass fixtures rather than the plastic fixtures on the old one that was leaking. The serviceman was prompt, friendly and very efficient. Was pleased, all around with my experience with this company!

Unfortunately, I had to work while the work was being completed. My husband was home and saw it through. He told m the work was completed in a matter of just a few hours. The only thing I didn't appreciate is how after the work was completed there was a nice mountain of soil from the dig left for us to pay someone to come level. I would have been fine with regrowing the grass in the area but it would've been nice if they could have at least leveled the soil back out. As far as the original plumbing issue itself, we haven't had any plumbing backup since the work has been done.

Toilet repair went perfect. They were unable to get the ceramic cartridges out and said I should replace faucet.

when I ran water in my kitchen sink, water would come out of the basement floor drain. I called a plumber from another company before but they temporarily fixed the problem. Therefore, I chose not to called them again and instead called Creggars Plumbing, because of the reviews on Angie's List. The plumber came out an ran a camera in the drains to find out where the problem was. Then he snaked my floor drains in the basement and removed the clog. Needless to say I am very pleased with the work. It was also nice to have a pleasant person help me with my plumbing issues. If I have any more plumbing needs I will definitely called Creggars Plumbing.

Kevin came over and provided an estimate for several issues. I decided not to go forward with several of them, as I decided to do them myself, due to cost. The cost they provided seemed fair, maybe a little on the high side but would probably be worth it, as they were very professional. Kevin also provided very helpful advice if I was to go about the projects myself, which was much appreciated. I did have them go forward with snaking out my sump pump drain line. They weren't confident it would work, but it was worth trying, as the alternative would be a major project. Fortunately, it did work. I was not home for the service, so I can't comment much on that, other than it was successful when I was able to evaluate it. I would highly recommend this company for future work. Didn't seem to be a bargain, but you really don't want to mess around with plumbing related issues.

Prompt and professional. The technician did a thorough job and was careful not to damage the landscape or stamped concrete as he worked. Cregger has been maintaining my drain for several years and I have had no problems.

The company called me at 8:19 am Saturday September 28th to let me know that someone would be at my house in half an hour to look at my plumbing problem. He arrived right on time. He was friendly , professional and got to work immediately. When my clean-out pipe proved to be something of a challenge to get the snake through, he did not give up! He figured another approach to the problem and got the job done thoroughly in a timely manner. When he finished, he packed up all his equipment cleaned up what little mess was made and took the trash with him. I had a very good experience with this company and I will use them again in the future for plumbing work, and if he he is available request the same technician. This company offered a coupon for purchase, and I did buy it. For me it was well worth it. I got quality work for a good price.

The call was answered quickly. A technician came the next day. My wife cut the main water line. The we're the first company able to make it out. All others were several days before availability. Tech arrived, inspected and had a new tank in the vehicle. He quoted the work which was very reasonable and we signed. Tech installed water heater quickly, reestablished working water and provided advice with a the workings of the new shower handle.

Great communication from time of appointment scheduling to arrival at the house. Work was done quickly and professionally, and all problems were resolved.

Checked and snaked drains of toilets and found no issues, but gave good advice on what could be causing the clogging. I will use them again!

First person showed at correct time, but stated he did not have the "tools" to perform the task. Following a 3 hour delay second individual showed up and apologized for inconvenience. Work went very smoothly with completion in 4 hours.

That was good. They were timely and they did exactly what the deal was for. It was pretty timely done.

The service tech arrived on time, went to take a look at the leaky valve and had more than one idea to make repairs ~ prior to considering replacement of the valve. Since the valve was old, his first idea was to repack the valve. Well, that did the trick! No more leak, no replacement necessary. This was clearly one of the best "Big Deal" offers because I received service work that cost more that I paid for the offer, and I ended up with a $75 credit to use on future work. I ended up having work done at a separate residential location and I was able to use the $75 credit.

The same technician that provided the estimate returned to complete the installation. Once on site to install, he determined that installation could be run differently than estimated, it would take less material and would be a "cleaner" run from end to end. He discussed it with me and obtained my approval before making any changes. The installation was estimated to take 3-4 hours and he was done in 3. The line is out of the way, secured and exactly where we needed to connect the dryer. He checked every connection for any leaks, made sure the gas was indeed back on, relit the water heater and, we thought the boiler. Unfortunately it either went out, or it was overlooked because several days later we realized it was pretty chilly in the house! We re-learned how to fire up the pilot light! The connection of our dryer to the gas line was simple, and it has been running with heat from day one.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There was a misdiagnosis in the beginning but they took care of it and overturned all the things they had done. In the beginning they thought there was a cracked line. The owner came back and realized that the first technician did not diagnose it right. He took care of the issue and did other things on his own to correct the problem to please me. He went above and beyond to make me happy because they did not diagnose it correctly the first time. They realized it was just clogged and there were roots that needed to be removed. His camera was not working at the time so that is why they misdiagnosed it. The owner made a compensation and gave me two other free things so I would be happy. His first technician was not professional in his work. I realized that and called for him to come out. He did come out and he admitted that his technician was not right. He fixed the problem correctly and reversed the cost of the work. He came out twice six months later and gave me two additional services at no cost. He revisited the drain and sewage. I think the work they did would have cost over $200 but I only paid the cost of the deal. I would use them again for sure.

.Very efficient, quality no nonsense workmanship. Received two other quotes, not even close to this company. Others contractors said the part was too old and instead of fixing the leak, they wanted me to buy a who new sink. Creagers replaced the cylinder and the leak stopped. They came, they saw, they conquered. Thanks!

Work was done timely. Workers were courteous and very neat.

The bathtub drain cover is perfect. The sink actually leaks more. As long as we turn the faucet is turned to the left and pushed down tightly, it stops leaking. I used a Big Deal Angie's coupon so it was really not such a bad thing.:-)
